Because most fragrances contain alcohol, they are considered flammable for transportation purposes and cannot be shipped by air. For safety reasons they must travel via ground transportation, which can occasionally add additional time during delivery. I did not get the package…
I did not get the package even though it says delivered. I emailed yall and was told I will not be getting a replacement. So I’m out the $55 I spent with yall and got nothing for it. Unacceptable. I am disputing the charges and will not be making another purchase from Forever Lux again.

Unfortunately, once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the order under our shipping policy. We always recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office in case the package was mis-delivered.
