Everyone I dealt with and there were many, was very helpful throughout what turned out to be a protracted buying and selling process. It also involved a far from smooth (eventually non back to back) porting of a mortgage, in which the equity release company solicitors changed part way through. Forever Legal were recommended to me and I am very pleased that I chose to use them.

Justina’s lack of impartiality and poor handling of my case contributed significantly to the emotional and logistical challenges I faced during an already difficult time.

In summary, my experience with Justina was overwhelmingly negative. Her disregard for legal obligations, coupled with her unprofessional demeanour, resulted in unnecessary stress and hardship for my family. I strongly recommend seeking alternative representation to avoid similar issues.
Dealing with Justina was a nightmare. She ignored the court order from my divorce and chose to represent my ex-husband instead of both of us, even though the order clearly required her to act fairly towards us both. Only after I made a formal complaint did she change course, but her attitude remained rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

The house sale was delayed and the completion date changed three times, leaving me and my son in a very unstable situation. We were even forced to move out of our home a month before the original completion date.

This whole experience was stressful and upsetting, and I would strongly advise others to avoid working with her.
