1 star is far too generous for this scam of a company. They failed to fulfill the order on time, then sent me something that was already falling apart — absolute trash quality. When I demanded a refund, they had the nerve to offer me $3 and call it “fair.” That is insulting and dishonest. This business is either completely incompetent or intentionally ripping people off. Either way, do not give them your money. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase.

Scam artists. They deflected any request for a refund I made and use bogus shipment tracking sites. There’s a place for these kind of people, and their time of reckoning will come. In the meantime, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Seems to be completely fake. Received tracking that never made sense. After almost 2 months of waiting, I reported a shipping issue, I got an immediate response another was being sent. It was clearly automatic and not from a customer support rep. Def advise not buying from them. Unfortunate because these were meant to be Christmas gifts.

Worst online shopping experience. Product does not meet reasonable expectations.

I ordered the Emotional Support Leaf Gnome… first of all it took a month and a half to arrive, was supposed to be a Christmas gift… 2nd of all this thing is smaller than the palm of my freaking hand!!! What a freaking joke!!!

I'd give this company 0 stars, but I wasn't given the option. They took my money in early November and have never fulfilled my order. Their website gives instructions for cancellation/refund and mentions a hotline number that doesn't exist. When you do write to their "support staff" email address you receive an automated response asking you to be "patient" with fake tracking links. STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is full of thieves. How they are still in business is a joke. I ordered my items on 11/14 and paid for priority shipping. Still have not received the items. Reported them to PayPal. Do not buy from this company. They are fraud.

Ordered item 6 weeks before Christmas. Item didn't ship until 10 days before Christmas. Item is tracking "In flight" (??), and it's Christmas Eve.

It’s been five weeks and I haven’t received my product. Got some BS answer that thy cannot control courier logistics. Do not buy from them.

This company is full of shit! Ordered three items and all I get is “shipper has not provided tracking info”. It’s been 6 weeks! I’d rather shit in my hands and clap than buy anything from these people!

I ordered an item off their site and they charged me double. When I contacted them through their support sight they said that they could not give me a further discount. Do not order through this company IT IS A SCAM !!!

I ordered a soil tester and was charged for 2. I asked the seller to refund and return one of the items the 4 days after i ordered
They told me they were on holidays
I have since been fobbed off on several emails asking for details to return one of the two items Their last email offered me $3 refund All I wanted to return one of the two duplicated items and get me money back interestingly, although the item was ordered from the same company there are different names on my statement which seems dodgy PayPal were no help either finding in favour of the seller using an AI FFS!
Buyers go somewhere else, these guys are scammers

False advertising.
I ordered a decorative item for the garden and the photos in their advert showed a well designed attractive "Forest Elf". I took delivery of it today and the only resemblance to the pictures in the advert is the design printed on a sheet of acrylic. I really wish I could upload photos to support this review.

WARNING!!!!! This website is an a scam. Also ordered 2025 F1 calendar. Never received. Order shows two different tracking numbers. One shipment allegedly processed from Italy, the most recent tracking shows it was processed in China. Filed a claim with PayPal. Don’t know how else to report this fraudulent website. It’s all a scam people.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star !!!!! This company are atrocious . Ordered 3 xF1 calendars , believing they were coming from USA in fact it’s China . Waited 6 weeks watching a false tracking site ! Once chased just before Christmas they were resent in 2 days from China on a different tracking site ! I paid £80 for 3 calendars . They are of terrible quality . Full of spelling mistakes throughout including F1 drivers names . March is missing a day . July and August are completely incorrect . The wrong country flags have been used it’s endless . They are refusing to refund me . Have offered a small amount but I want a full refund . Calendars are only fit for the bin ! Have said they will only refund me if I send back at extortionate cost to me . My advice is DO NOT buy from this company .

They charged my card more than their bill. Contacted them within minutes to cancel the order. They refused to cancel.

I ordered a bed for a large dog, got one that fit a small cat. It's a shame I can't attach pictures, they're pretty funny. The company says they can't help me without the SKU tag. This wasn't included in the shipment. I just have to congratulate them on a successful scam.

Jag beställde och betalade $45,81 för en order i juni 2024 som bara "försvann" med posten utan jag ens fick något meddelande eller avisering om detta, ett halvår senare efter många mail utan framgång vill jag avbryta ordern och få mina pengar tillbaka.

Men om jag då betalade ytterligare $11,37 till någon "mailadress" som dom gav mig för ytterligare en fraktkostnad så skulle dom skicka den igen, vilket jag självklart inte ville och istället hävdade att jag ville ha mina pengar tillbaka för något som jag aldrig fick.

Jag har varit med om samma situation hos Amazon, eBay, Temu etc. där jag har fått en omedelbar återbetalning utan diskussion.
Detta är ju mig veterligen en policy som dom flesta sajter har.

Deras sista förslag var att jag kunde få tillbaka $27,45 eftersom dom får stå för frakten som nu hade blivit $18,36 istället för $11,37 som frakten skulle varit i tidigare mail...?

Dom lägger alltså skulden på mig när min order inte kom fram till mig som dom påstår att dom har skickat, och mina pengar som jag har betalat blir bara lägre och lägre i värde om jag nu skulle få en återbetalning.

Så mitt råd:
Avstå från dessa bedragare...!

I purchased a watch that my husband like off of this site. It arrived with the face completely detached from the band. When I sent them pics so that I could get a replacement they said they saw nothing wrong with the product and could only offer me $7 USD as compensation. What kind of business is this; it's quite the scam and now I will have to pay for this brand new watch to be repaired. Buyer be very aware!

Reviews on sites like De-Reviews.com emphasize not trusting forecastg.com. The website has a parent company named "MANNER TRADING CO., LIMITED," a name associated with many other problematic sites. Most sites linked to this parent company seem to be engaged in questionable practices rather than genuine business. It has also not given its contact phone number which means it doesn't want to provide after sales service. Thus, I advise to avoid this site.
