Customer service is horrendous. I submitted a claim for a missing item from my order - they sent me a label to send it back to them. SEND WHAT BACK????
Also they sent me a sweatshirt with a defect in the graphic and they denied the claim. Funny after spending over $1000 there in 2 months. Switching off Fore All and going to Macade.
Brutal/non existant customer service. Don’t expect them to be around long.

No response from customer service, No shipping times. Awful response to their customer base
Let me start by saying their products are of great quality, BUT their customer service is seriously lacking. They accidentally sent me an extra item in my order. They asked if I would print a label and take it to FedEx to drop off for return back to them, and as a thank you would give me a discount on a future purchase (which I wanted to use for an upcoming trip, but needed to be ordered asap) as soon as the return was in motion. I've been emailing them for 7 days, and sent them a copy of the tracking for their mistake, and have asked about the discount with no discount given as of yet, after going out of my way, and making a 40 min round trip to drop off their oops item. They did respond back once, and apologized for not responding to my previous emails, but still didn't supply the discount code as offered. I understand needing time to reply to emails, but 7 days to make good on their end, after I quickly did my part per their request is simply unacceptable...thanks, but no thanks to that kind of customer service.
