I’ve grown mushroom kits from this company a few times, I love them! I recently got a kit for Christmas, which was a dud. I reached out to customer service and Jonathan quickly sent me a replacement grow kit. I told my sister, who got me the kit, she said “what a great company!” I agree, excellent customer service as well

The product worked as advertised and we had delicious mushrooms. If you’re a mushroom enthusiast, this is a great way to have fresh mushrooms in your home out of season.

We haven't had time to sprout the mushrooms yet, but everything arrived in good shape, instructions are very clear, shipping was quick, and most importantly, customer service was excellent when we had a small issue with human error when shipping. Lovely business to deal with!

The lions mane mushroom kit didn’t work so I contacted them and got a quick response. I think I just got a dud and they mailed me another one at no cost.I really appreciate them standing behind their product.

Package arrived as promised, and on time.

Blind faith seems to come to mind when purchasing anything online; but, with the fast shipping and the box actually grew mushrooms. I was impressed.
The mushrooms were a birthday gift, much better than wilted flowers and cheaper. Nothing worse than a
far-away-gift that has no snap.

My box didn’t produce but the customer service was amazing! They were so nice and sent me a new box immediately.

Really easy to start and fun to see how massive the mushrooms grow. Had a three week break in between harvests. Will try a third soon!

Mushrooms were fantastic and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow!

Really like the company, mission, product, etc. Only reason for 4 stars is that the price is quite a bit higher than other kits on the market, but I chose it because the substrate does not use gluten containing grains.

After 2 emaila we were unable to get in touch with anyone.
We had mold growing in 2 of the 3 kits we purchased.
Ended up with one batch of mushrooms
Very disappointed for the price.

Quick update after an email exchange with Jonathan. All issues have been resolved.!!
Two new kits have been sent out and we are happy to try again!!

Excellent customer service experience. First box did not bloom and Foragers Galley promptly replaced it without delay. I did not have to deal with the retail store at all. I recommend this company.

I’ve purchased several grow kits from various outlets, and have had wonderful success with each one. I recently bought an Antler Reishi kit that was a dud, contacted Foragers Galley with a brief description and a clear photo, without hesitation they sent me a replacement and wanted to know where I purchased it from. Excellent product, even better customer service, 10/10 would recommend over and over.

Great product. This is our second time getting mushrooms from them and everything comes quickly, easy to follow instructions and the mushrooms taste delicious.
