Great customer service. My order was shipped quickly. However, my order got delayed, the customer support were quick to reply and rectify.

Can't fault. Delay was not their fault!

Do not use these bunch of clowns. Sent incorrect kit and won’t refund me. I have to pay to send back as the don’t have return labels. Offered me 70% refund to keep, (absolute shocking.. worst Chinese company I’ve ever dealt with) and a member of staff said they would get sacked if they did more than 70%..

My top arrived today after 2 months of waiting.It is good quality and cheap.If you're prepared to wait then go for it.

Honestly for the price the quality and accuracy is very impressive beware sometimes on certain kits personalisation may be too shiny, delivery was 10 days exactly

We received our Leeds away shirts 16 days after ordering, they are quite good copies although the blue seems slightly lighter than the “real” shirts

I’ve emailed 4 times to ask where my order is and absolutely nobody has ever. Bothered to reply to me!! How disappointing. The order was made the 16th August has anyone got a contact number to call them on?

The quality of the items is absolutely excellent and the delivery arrived before expected delivery date. I've had a great experience using footkit.net and will most certainly be using them again. I'm a first time user of the site but had no worries or problems with any part of the full process. I highly recommend footkit.net for your items, give them a go and check it out.

I rate footkit very highly I've been using this site quite often for myself and I've passed it on to several friends and family members over the years ...and they all love it maybe delivery time could b a bit quicker but overall a very good site

I hate leaving bad reviews but I ordered my grandson a Nottingham Forrest kit on 6th July and to date only received confirmation of the order. No other communication despite sending two enquiries. I’m now going to have to start looking at getting a refund,

Further to my review last week my order from Footkit has arrived. While it took an unexplainable long time the product is excellent quality. While the service could be improved the products are genuine and good value

I have emailed several times to see when my purchase will arrive , to start the emails were ok but then I got a very rude one which now reading the reviews I can see it’s not just me . After receiving my purchase 12 days after order it’s a fake but doesn’t state that on the web site

Jeg har bestilt en Newcasstel fodbold T'shirt til min drengs fødselsdag men den kom ikke til tiden. I dag d.25 april godt 3 ugers efter min drengs fødselsdag får jeg brev fra postNorden Danmark, at " Din forsendelse indeholder varer, som måske ikke er lovlige at indføre i Danmark. Forsendelsen er derfor overdraget til TOLDSTYRELSEN til kontrol og derfor har postNord ikke længere råderet over din forsendelse og vi kan derfor
heller ikke hjælpe med mere info "
Og toldstyrelsen skrive til mig og oplyse mig at de påbegynde sagsbehandling senest 3 måneder efter de har modtaget forsendelsen fra PostNord og de kan ikke besvare spørgsmål om min forsendelse, inden de har påbegyndt sagsbehandling.
Så min konklusion er , lad være med at bestille varer fra FootKit.net

I ordered two kits for Christmas and was worried they weren’t going to be delivered as the website was then placed under construction and I couldn’t track anything however after getting in contacting was provided with a tracking number and was told when delivery would be. The kits have arrived today and they are fantastic quality better than expected very pleased and will be placing more orders!

Excellent price and products. Ordered a shirt and shorts set for my daughter and arrived via Royal Mail. Quality of the items is also excellent and would highly recommend.

Kit came this morning WITHIN 11 days of me ordering ! Such great quality will DEFINITELY be ordering more!!

UPDATED REVIEW: After putting a bad review on Trustpilot, I received a reply from Footkit informing me that they had replied to my emails and to check my junk, indeed all 3 replies were there! I received my order today so I just wanted to correct my review and apologise to Footkit.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Kit ordered 3/11, received email 6/11 saying order has been shipped and a Royal Mail tracking number. Royal Mail app says ‘we are expecting it’. Emailed and filled out contact form on footkit website 3 times asking when I can expect delivery. No reply received. Dreadful customer service.

Left 2 or 3 message/Email had no reply to them. 11 days delivery and still waiting. Not very good customers service. Don’t use.

Wrong kits sent,waiting for the right ones to arive, waited 4 week for them to arrive wrong,worst after sales ever stay clear of this site....take your money and not interested what is sent..

Awful customer service after receiving the shirt without the name and number on, even though it was paid for. When they did reply to emails they were rude and very unhelpful. Still waiting for the returns address so this can be sent back. AVOID

Received in the 11 day period started on the site, good quality, no issues, perhaps go 1 size higher than you would usually wear
