We are sorry to hear about your photo. We shipped your item for free, included a hard toploader for your photo for additional protection, and bubble wrapped it. Unfortunately, we can't control what happens after we ship it. If USPS damaged your item, we also included insurance and could have filed a claim. Unfortunately, you didn't contact us prior to this review. I wish you would have let us know.
