Food was delivered nice and early everything like eggs, other food was still chilled ready to go straight in the fridge

Excellent produce - just a shame that the kilo of sweet potato is one huge sweet potato - not ideal in a household of 2!

First time ordered and was amazed. Produce arrived fresh clean like from the poster. Delivery was quick. Will order again for sure. If only my cooking skills matched the qiality of ingredients!

I've used this company on 3 occasions and found the quality of both the vegetables and meat to be exceptional. No issues with delivery and always received a follow up email after the delivery to check if everything was OK. Very good

If I could give this 0 stars today I would. No food delivered and it is now Saturday evening. Phoned twice and was promised someone would contact me, NOTHING. Was told to email, which I did TWICE. No response. What am I supposed to do now. Go and risk my health at a supermarket tomorrow so that we can eat. Then risk having the same food twice. They have taken the money and not provided the service. Poor show indeed.

Once again my order did not arrive.

After the last fiasco I left it for a week and ordered a Thursday delivery because they told me Friday is a busy day. The order was confirmed for a delivery between 7am and 6pm.
Nothing had arrived by 4.30pm so I emailed them and got a reply half an hour later saying that it been delivered to the wrong address but it would be delivered the next day.
I replied stating that I was leaving for the weekend at 3pm so needed delivery by 2pm.
It is now 2.45 and I have heard and received nothing.
I won't be using the again

Fresh produce, had a somewhat big order.

Loved everything but the tomatoes, and the melons were a little over-ripe. They were gummy by the time we ate them a week later, although kept cool in the fridge, but no complaints as they were still flavorful and refreshing.

The eggs are great, potatoes, green onions, peppers and many other vegetables were lovely.

Other than the tomatoes, we really liked everything, and we were happy with our order. The staff is also great and welcoming feedback, which was actually really nice, that they want their customers to be happy; not many do that these days.

It's much safer than going to the shops these days, so we only order home. Will definitely order from them again, if was our third time.

Great produce . Good delivery too. The only thing that could make it even better in respect of the delivery would be a smaller time slot.

Food to your home are really great, they're not perfect in that fact they sometimes miss items in my order, or give me something else without telling me. However their produce is perhaps the best I've ever had and the deliveries are always prompt - support is brilliant and always refunds for any issues.

I'd REALLY recommend the boneless chicken thighs, yes they're more money then a supermarket but omg I've never had chicken that good - I must have order about 9 packs of it so far and not one bit of gristle, chewy fat or anything I want to spit out - the taste and texture is perfect - I freeze it and eat later and it still tastes really fresh.

Hats off to them.

Deduction of two stars, sadly my last order was cancelled last minute and they're no longer to delivering to me, a bit disappointing I hope they deliver to my area again! As the support and produce are great.

Excellent service and produce

Great quality, really fresh, reasonable prices, excellent delivery. Has been my only way to get delivery on time and within a good time span during Covid lockdown. As someone shielding this has been a life line to me. I really hope that they will continue after the pandemic. Thank you to all the staff for the great consistent good service.
