Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery. The delivery man called me to come down pick up the box. I’m self isolating so I shouldn’t had gone. When I went downstairs he left and leave my box unattended on the Lower ground floor. He called me saying that he left with the doorman but wasn’t no one there. I don’t understand why he didn’t delivery to my door

Dear customer, I and all the team here are very very sorry that this happened. You should not have had to collect your order from the entry to your flats, especially if you were isolating. We are looking into what happened and shall discuss this with the driver. The team are usually very courteous and accommodating. They are insturcted not to leave your delivery boxes unattended unless they manage to speak to you. I hope and am quite certain that this was a misunderstanding. Be assured we shall be looking to this. Kind regards Anx
