Fonfix does it best.

Just got hold my iPhone after the back glass repair with in almost 24 hours. It looks pretty neat and these guys are lightening fast when it comes to fixing phones.
And shoutout to my guy Adam Morton for helping out with quick repair and the lad/lass who did the fix. Legends!

Absolute great experience

Absolute great experience. Phone was fixed in no time at all.
Adam was so helpful an absolute gent to chat with, any queries I had he answered and even went through all the stuff I forgot to ask. Put my mind at ease through the whole experience of getting my phone fixed. Thanks again. And will definitely use again if I have any other issues.

No communication, wanted more money

I ordered a battery and charging port replacement from Fonfix with same-day delivery on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, and scheduled a same-day repair for Friday, January 31st. However, I had to reach out to Fonfix to ask about the collection timeframe, as this was not stated anywhere on their website. The total cost was €105, including a €15 courier fee. The courier collected my phone on Friday, but after that, I had no updates on the return. On Tuesday, February 4th (after the bank holiday), I received a notification saying that the repair would cost an additional €200, making the total €305. I chose to have my phone returned instead.

Unfortunately, I haven't received any further customer service responses since Friday, and the contact number on their website doesn't connect to anyone or allow for leaving a message. There was no mention of potential additional charges for the repair on their website, which I would have inquired about before proceeding, as the cost could have justified replacing the phone entirely. This experience has been very frustrating due to poor communication and lack of transparency. I just want my phone returned and a refund issued without further delay or the need for legal action.

Great job on a Pixel 7a battery replacement

Everything went super smooth with a battery replacement for a Google Pixel 7a. I booked the job in advance, communication was great, they replaced the battery same day (took about 3-4 hours). Would use again.

Friendly, Excellent service

Adam was excellent from start to finish. Despite being inundated with appointments, he made time to check my MacBookAir earlier than scheduled. He clearly explained the issue and how he would fix it. An issue that would’ve taken way longer by consulting Apple was solved by Adam in a matter of minutes. I will be back.

Quick and reliable service, Adam Morton is a top fella advised on my best options, when the screen went on my phone, even spent time backing up my phone so all my things wouldn't get deleted.

They were super efficient

They were super efficient and kept me up to date as progress was made. The work was excellent. I used Fonfix twice now. Also, the price was very competitive.

Very pleasant experience overall

Adam was a great guy, got my phone problem sorted efficiently but made a stressful situation extremely pleasant, great conversation. Strongly recommend using these guys.

Quality service

Had my S23 Ultra repaired within hours this week (damaged screen) with manufacturer approved service thanks to Adam and Carl. Adam is a complete gent who was extremely helpful and the phone is again perfect. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service

Brilliant service. I brought my tablet in for a screen repair and it was done in 3 hours. Customer service was excellent. Adam was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great experience

Brought my samsung flip in, not really expecting it to be fixed but Adam at the front desk was amazing! He managed to get it fixed basically overnight. Really helpful and would definitely come back!
