Always happy with the work from the phone doctor

Fone Doctors are GREAT! I've been lucky enough to not have to use them that often as my 'phones haven't died very much. Whenever I have used them however, they've always been incredibly helpful and friendly and just really great at what they do.
I always recommend them whenever anyone I know ha a problem with their 'phone.

Excellent service, very reasonable and professional

The Fone doctors had previously done a good job replacing a cracked I phone screen, this time they recovered data from a very water damaged phone. The team are always courteous, patient and super helpful. This time I posted my phone to them as I am no longer local. They worked hard and did a great job and for a good price. Whole heartedly recommend them.

I've used fonedoctors London Bridge for five years now and I've yet to be disappointed with the customer service, pricing or quality of repairs. That fonedoctors was still available for same day delivery, repair and collection during lockdown was a welcome surprise, one that saved me a lot of bother after they repaired my phone's broken screen.

I recently got my MacBook SSD replaced by these guys and I couldn’t be any happier about my experience with them.
They were recommended to me by an old customer that highly praised their work and after having experienced their service I can understand why. Not only do they not charge for diagnostic (which I had to pay £100 for at another place) they give you alternative options for repair at different price point that best suit your budget.

The staff are also all kind and supportive as they guided me into what was the best option for my situation and my budget point.

I would say though you might have to call them if you don’t hear back from them through the email as they do get overloaded with those. So make sure to give them a nudge if that ever happens.

Overall an outstanding experience and I would hands down recommend them to anyone seeking to do any repair for their laptop/phone!

The great thing was they didn't have NO I can't do this in their vocabulary. It was only yes we can fix that... Not only did they fix my phone when the makers of the handset said it couldn't be done, they repaired it fast, efficiently and at a reasonable cost during a pandemic when everything was closed. Really impressed with this company. Well done.

Best phone diagnostic shop in town.
Lads are always obliging and efficient and can sort many types of problems and they will tell you straight what needs to be done, the duration and cost.
Prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for (with a top success rate).

I had a new phone locked to a provider who are renowned for their tough contract restraints.. the boys at Fone Doctors got on to it that day and had it all sorted within the working week and i'm left with a brand new unlocked phone..
Aftersales care was top drawer too..

Been using them since 2014 and they never disappoint.. It's the go to phone repair shop..

Amazing service! They made a special trip from their London Bridge location to Liverpool St station location to collect my phone for same day service. Very friendly & professional, & they threw in a free tempered glass screen protector!

I'm always happy with fone doctors, I've used them three times. This time I got a next day appointment for an iphone with a battery that needed replacing. It was done the same day and I picked up after a few hours. Thanks again guys.
