I bought a custom embroidered hoodie for my fiance on February 7th and was charged almost $50 and I never received my item. My bank has refused to do a charge back because the money was not technically stolen as I willing gave my card information. But it is still some bull because the website looks legit and is heavily promoted on Instagram. NONE of the provided contact Information available on their website is usable across all of the platforms they are on and they are on all of them. I have been trying to contact them across all of their available contact methods for literal months with no response. I am currently mass flaging their posted stores across multiple apps. But I don't think I will be getting my money back an time soon.

I made an order on the 14/12/25 which I never received, there was an attempted delivery but it was nowhere near my address. I’ve contacted the seller on multiple platforms and they keep telling me to contact Yodel who also tell me to contact the seller, it’s very frustrating. As of 20/01/26 I’m still waiting to be refunded, stay away from this joke of a company.

Cependant, grosse problématique au niveau de la livraison. Commande en avance pour les fêtes, le produit devait être livré entre le 13 et le 18 ce qui était parfait, je l'ai reçu le 29.... Le service a tenté de mettre des actions en place lors du signalement et est resté très commercial jusqu'au bout. Il indique devoir changer de compagnie de livraison pour éviter ce genre de désordre à l'avenir.

Very unimpressed with this company. It’s a long story but I’ll keep it brief. First of all, I ordered 2 customised hoodies for my partner and I’s 1st anniversary. One size L and one size 2XL. what they actually sent was a size L tshirt and a size 3XL hoodie with incredibly cheap, thin fabric. Customer service sent me a very unprofessional email back blaming the warehouse team for making my order wrong and said they would remake it. I requested a refund as the goods were not made correctly and were very bad quality (my whole order came to £63, I didn’t pay for cheap thin rubbish). They told me to pay £10 for return shipping and once they received my items I would be refunded. A courier was meant to come to my house to pick up my order and no such thing happened. I sent another email requesting a refund for my original order AND the postage. I get another unprofessional “hey! we refunded this 2 days ago!” and then this morning I get a email notifying me my refund will take 10 days to enter my account. so their response was obviously a lie. I have now emailed them once again to have my £10 return postage refunded and I just hope they do so. I ordered from them 27/01/2025 and I’m still dealing with them as of writing mid March

In short, this company is unprofessional, their clothing is poorly made with cheap thin fabric, they can’t make orders correctly and they’re time wasters. Save yourself your time and money and don’t order from followyourstars

Definitely do trust this seller. Very responsive, changed my order from a blue jumper to red after ordering with no issues, product quality is great super happy with it.
