I did not like the pictures very much. But this is, in all other respects, a handsome volume.

These Jane Austen editions are beautiful. The pictures on the website cannot do them justice because they are bound in stunning gold cloth which doesn't photograph accurately. The illustrations are a perfect compliment to the story. The books are typeset and bound beautifully.

These comments refer to the book as a physical object--I'm not vain enough to review Jane's novels. The volume is attractive, well-bound, and legibly-printed. The artwork is good. The book is a bit over-priced, but it will survive many re-readings.

A beautiful book, bought for a birthday present and well received. My brother was over the moon with this edition for his reading pleasure.

I appreciate the author's ability to write a timid heroine, who is far superior in every way to the hero of her choice. Too many good things cannot be said about this edition.

Perfect addition to my Austen collection. I love the complementary slipcase covers with a part of the text blocked on. Beautiful illustrations.
