I have been looking for some quality knives for quite awhile now, maybe 6 months or so and I think I finally found them. I wanted something well made and unique and these seem to be just that. They came well boxed and very sharp. I like the weight and craftsmanship. The leather roll pouch that comes with the set is also pretty cool. It’s real leather and is also well made. Very cool set.

The knife is beautiful. It doesn’t cut as well as my shun or dalstrong though. Nice and heavy and just plain beautiful. Solid handle for my man hands with a comfortable spot for my index finger.

I was nervous about buying expensive knives online … and my fears were totally unfounded . These are exceptional knives … beautifully made and stunning to look at . The freight to Australia arrived in a couple of days and that’s during a Pandemic !
I’m very glad I bought them

The knife roll is not only supremely functional but beautiful as well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Firstly I purchased the Dalia set, asked for a refund before it even arrived so they could just cancel the transit and not have me pay to return it. They couldn't do that even though it's an option through USPS. Then my set arrived, I got the wrong set. They sent me the lotus, they were willing to swap them out but at this point I'll just keep them. As a chef. There's absolutely no way these knives are worth $550. I've bought $60 knives that cut way better and aren't built so thick. These knives just bash everything open instead of slicing.

Folded Steel was super easy to work with. My knife arrived when they told me it would. It is a beautiful knife that is a dream to use & maintain. Will definitely buy more knives from them.

I have been looking for a fine Damascus tool to use for a cake cutting knife at my upcoming wedding ceremony that looked like it might be in place in a 1700-1840's environment (long story; another time). I tried 4 knifes on 3 different cake styles. I like Dahlia Carver-Slicer the best. I like the feel of the blade and how it handles, even when not cutting cakes. Nice around the grill. Nicely balanced.

Quick shipping and such a beautiful set. My husband was so happy with his gift! Said it was the best birthday gift he’s ever gotten!

great service and beautiful product. You get 5 stars because I also count the value/cost ratio that is very good. I purchased the Dahlia 6inch Chef to my collection.

Our knife block arrived today.
Love it! Spot on - just what we wanted.
Well made, looks good, works.
And arrived fast - 6 days from US to Aust.
Sensational
Thanks

Knives are terrible unfortunately they're all looks I wrote an email in detail explaining why. Basically they are sharp but the bezel is to wide and low, so it hits whatever you're trying to cut crushing it before the cut is complete.

These knives are sick! Couldn’t be happier. Customer service is top notch. Worked with Cory through some things and he’s great to deal with. If you’re on the fence about buying a set just do it! (Dahlia set & Serbian chef knife)

Thanks again for everything I’ll be back

Outstanding craftsmanship. Absolutely beautiful Knife. You have restored my faith in the kind of quality that can only be made right here in the good ole USA.

Wanted to reach out and leave a review for FoldedSteel as they are truly a great company that stands behind their products!! Had a little problem with the magnetic knife block we ordered and Tom was quick to take care and rectify the situation. We love the quality of the knives and they are great products 100%. We Look forward to using them for years to come !! Thank you FoldedSteel!!

I got my butcher knife set for Father's day and I think they are more awesome in my hands than in the pictures all though a bit to pricey I am a chef by trade and will be putting them to the test big-time I think if you would take off $100 off the steak knife set n board I would buy it in a heartbeat to make the set complete. Thanks

Great job Cory helped out and we got my wife a beautiful birthday present the Wolfs bane! Thanks y’all!

Presentation and detail I give them a 5. However, sharpness I give them a 3. My knives came a little dull. I sharpened them as much as I possibly could but they will not sharpen like my other high end chef knives. Overall, good for a beginner. Cory allowed me to return the knives and sent me back new ones. The new ones are beautiful, great and SHARP! Thank you so much folded steel!
