Representative was great, frustrating with how long the item took to be in stock, but that is not on the rep. 25 dollar “thank you” gift card doesn’t really get me anything from the website…

Been a user of Focus V's products for years now! They're really amazing units across the board, and have treated me great. When I've needed support, Focus V has had my back without question. Tony from their customer support team has personally gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, and to me that's huge. I'm a customer for life!

This little mf is best bang for ya buck not overpriced like puff co in my opinion it’s better than puffco and this little thing rolls some smoke frr

Bought a Sport last July, used it sparingly, it died after about 200 dabs. The return/replace process seemed excessive to me, so I went with a Dr. Dabber Switch2 instead. Totally glad I did.

The Focus V Sport is my favorite dabbing device of all time - I have 3. I highly recommend Focus V products because not only are they great but they have excellent warranties and excellent customer service!

The consistency of the follow up and communication throughout the process was very helpful and showed the utmost commitment to resolving the issue. My situation was unique and despite some conditions outside of their own control, Tony and the customer service team went above and beyond to help put an unbelievably generous solution to my inquiry.

I’ve been using this companies products since April of 2025 and I’ve been impressed by the company. Started with the carta 2 and used it where I needed to used the warranty. Very satisfied with the customer service when it came to the warranty of my carta 2. Im satisfied with the company where we also bought products such as the carts sport and merchandise and attachments and accessories for my devices. Wil definitely be looking forward to when I purchase the Aries and its bubbler.

I bought the focus V carta sport, I love this device it's great for portability, it gives great hits, and it's very customizable to get whatever hit you want at a very cheap price point compared to its competitors that I also own. You probably know what I'm talking about and while that gives slightly better hits this is better for portability, the case lets me store as many accessories and jars I need, the battery life last longer, and they have WONDERFUL customer service, I emailed them asking if I could trade the glass cap for the silicone cap because the company I ordered from (wasn't even directly from focus v the store messed it up) and they sent me a silicone cap completely free of charge and I get to keep the glass cap! I mean how can you beat that service it's normal $20 usd + taxes and shipping for just that cap and they sent me one for free. I'm loving them so far.

Purchased an item during Black Friday that said it would ship within 5 days. Was told after Black Friday (when all competitor deals were over) that they have a delay in shipment. I’ve had to reach out every time for an update. As of January 9th I still have no actual update on shipping. I was told December 5th they would receive it to their warehouse within 5-8 days then was told Jan 1st when checking in that it would be another 1-3 weeks. They scammed me. They didn’t have enough product yet continue to sell on their site. They use false advertising practices.

I ordered an atomizer and hot knife from Focus V on December 4th, planning for it to be a Christmas gift. According to tracking, the package has been stuck since early December, rerouted back and forth, and still hasn’t moved — most recently departing a facility on December 23rd with no sign of delivery.

When I reached out for help, I was told they would send a replacement on a Monday — but now they aren’t responding at all, and there has been no update or tracking movement on either the original order or the “replacement.” This lack of communication is very frustrating.

I wanted to like this brand and product, but so far the shipping issues and disappearing customer support have made this a disappointing experience.
Update- after writting this review i reached out one more time to try and remedy this and let me say Focus V nailed the customer care!!!! Thank you Tony for going above and beyond! Focus V family for life!!!!!

They wait forever to ship your product. They rarely respond to emails regarding complaints. They are more focused on getting stoned at work then shipping out orders

The team took a very personal approach once I reached out and helped me in more than just having my device replaced! They were kind and quick and I really appreciated the simplicity of reaching out via social media.

The service was fast and great,I didn't have to wait long for a response. Was even offered a replacement for my device when they didnt have the proper piece.

Man if u have any problems they fix u right up and are so nice u just have to explain yourself Dylan helped me out so much focus v team is very helpful 10/10 would highly recommend.
