I was introduced to Focus through a Compare The Market enquiry. I was contacted by one of their agents who assisted me in choosing the best affordable option. Focus stood out as the best route for me and having gone through the seamless process from order to installation, I am delighted to say that everything is up and running well with the the addition of a TP-Link Deco mesh system. Great attention and customer service.

Training with Robbie Holland…
I had training with Robbie Holland which I couldn't fault. I explained what I was needing and he tailored the time to suit my needs. Also fixed a glitch I was having at the same time as an added bonus.

Telephone System Install
On the whole the experience was very good. There was just a few issues with BT broadband connections ( which may have been outwith the control of focus) and a router not being on site for the installation team.
Installation team were great and support team were great but I felt the training afterwards could have been a bit more informative.

Have been with focus group for 10 plus…
Have been with focus group for 10 plus years used to be great NOT now !!
Prices went up to 3 times starting figure . Despite assurances it would be checked out and we would be reimbursed NOTHING not even an email. Now contract near end they put monthly payments down to starting amount but when realised we are moving anyway they have put back up x3 plus some.
Do not use them I can only assume the original company has been bought out

Don’t go near them
Don’t go near them. We enquired about an early termination. Enquired ONLY. It was over £2,000 week later £2,000 was taken from our account. Been told 3 times it will be refunded with a week.
3 months later = No refund
So going take to small claims court.
Company is known for this within the sector.
