Fiona and Carrie at Focus assured are amazing. For over a year I have felt that I have been consistently overcharged by my electricity supplier. These two ladies have not given up my case and for the last year they have continued to chase up my complaint. Finally this month I have received a credit note for £25k. I could not be happier with the service these ladies provide. 5 stars every day.

I recently renewed our business…
I recently renewed our business electricity supply contract with the help of Jonny Davies at Focus Assured. We had a couple of other agents look at this for us at the same time. Focus Assured came up with the goods and got us the best offer. Jonny was professional, helpful and friendly; and helped us through the whole process with the minimum of input on our part, although I am sure he had to work hard on our behalf. I will definately use them again.

New Gas Supply
We have used Focus Assured now for a couple of years and can't fault the service we have been given.
