Focus Assured have been really helpful with everything I have used them for. Fiona and Elise's customer service is great, they make it really easy to deal with utilities and answer any query I have. Anything from the easy queries to the more complicated situations, the ease at which they deal with it really takes the stress out of it all! I would recommend them.

Seamless energy contract experience
We have been working with Fiona to obtain pricing and a contract for electricity for a new bakery - a real challenge for a new business when you have no prior usage data to go by..! Fiona used her extensive industry experience to not only get us the best deal, but also advise us on what the usage should be and what to plan and budget for. All communications have been great, with calls to confirm what we needed to sign and when, and a quick and seamless process from quote to contract..!

Outstanding service!
Absolutely brilliant service! We've used Focus Assured as our energy broker for a number of years now. We've worked with Danny Jacobs and Kyfer Mayhew, both of whom are excellent. When energy prices went sky high we did try another broker for a short time, but their service levels were very substandard compared to Focus Assured. Focus Assured on the other hand are really helpful and down to earth with their advice about the energy market, and they make you feel like a valuable client all the way through, not just at the point of when you first sign up but during the after sales period too. They proactively get in touch at the time when switching over to a new tariff to ensure a smooth transition, and they're always there whenever you have a question. Very happy to be back working with them again. I'd highly recommend their services.
