I stumbled on their website and what I liked is the fact they do not offer cash like other cheesy glass shops that advertise cash and steaks. They were not the cheapest I found but I trusted my gut and sure enough they were very courteous and took care of my 2012 honda civic front glass. I like that kind of integrity in a business. I will definitely use them from now on.

Found Francis and Sons online, responded immediately to my chat. They took my VIN number and in few minutes they emailed me a quote. I did everything through their website ad texting it sure made the process so much easier. Many thanks to their customer service.
