We had never been on a Riverboat cruise before but thought it might be nice way to see some European cities. Mandy was brilliant sorting it in a flash with Riviera and giving us some helpful advice on best cabin positioning and cruise information. Whatever we do next on our travels, we will get Mandy’s help . Thank you Mandy !

I recently went to Romania for my cousin’s wedding and decided to extend my trip and make it into a holiday. My plan was to travel to Romania by train and visit a few iconic cities along the way.
I decided to call upon Mandy from Forget Me Not Travel. All I told Mandy was where and when I wanted to end up, the cities I’d like to visit along the way and the date I wanted to fly home from Romania.
With this extremely limited amount of information Mandy planned my entire trip. She even booked an exciting activity for me to do in each one of the cities I was stopping at.
The process was easy and upon booking I received a clear and detailed itinerary containing all the information I needed to navigate myself through my trip. Mandy even messaged me while I was away to see how I was getting on.
I was genuinely surprised and pleased with the great deal Mandy found for me, and how affordable the overall price was.
My next getaway is this January and I will 100% be using Forget Me Not Travel again. I cannot recommend Mandy enough.

We booked a trip to New Zealand and Sydney with Mandy. From the initial call to discuss, through booking until we returned home she was fabulous! She gave us numerous flight and hotel options and was happy to answer all our many  questions! Booking with her was simple and stress free. She checked in with us numerous times before we travelled to confirm details and check if we had any questions. She booked our seats, airport lounges, fast track security as well as trips.
Unfortunately we were caught up in the middle east crisis and our flights home were cancelled. Mandy absolutely came into her own...spending hours on the phone rebooking flights for us ensuring we got home safely only 4 days late. Mandy of Forget Me Not Travel was great! My wife and I wanted a last minute destination for our anniversary - with a restricted budget. I am not really a holidaying type of person so didn't know where to start, but Mandy was able to find us a fantastic hotel & spa, well within budget. I was worried we were not going to be able to go anywhere this year, but I am absolutely delighted with what Forget Me Not Travel found us.

Mandy is such a gem , has amazing knowledge in the travel industry,
We wanted to try las vegas ,again a place I knew very little about.
She found a fantastic virgin hotel with an amazing room and a great price too, suggested excursions and booked everything we wanted so everything was in place when we got there.
I'm quite rubbish at all that stuff so having mandy to do all the work is perfect for us and no problems ehat so ever .

Mandy was so helpful at every step!! Initially I enquired to see if it was possible for Mandy to find me a solo traveller holiday, for my 50th birthday, I wanted something special and had always dreamed of going on a safari.
I don't have a lot of time to sit on my computer looking at holidays so I asked Mandy to have a look, and in all honesty didn't think I'd be able to afford it.
Mandy found a package that was amazing and even more astonishingly, it wasn't a ridiculous price! The package was perfect and I was quite surprised by the volume of trips for the price, there were optional extra trips and I put my name down for everything (go large or go home right).
Mandy booked everything for me, sent all relevant information, payment links when due, I really didn't have any worries as she helped with everything.
It was such a relief as I'd never travelled alone before so it was a massive step for me.
Mandy went that step further too as she knew I was nervous about it and checked in to make sure I was ok, even messaging me when she was on holiday herself!

The whole group were solo travellers, it was the most amazing holiday of my life. As a sidenote, from conversation with the group, I think I paid a little less than those who'd booked direct with the tour group so I'd 100% go through Mandy again.

She even made sure the hotel was fully briefed about our late arrival, which took all the stress out of a long travel day.

Mandy couldn’t be more attentive and passionate about what she does. She booked a trip for me and my family whereby we had some specific requirements due to disabilities and the whole trip was effortless, all extra support was ready and waiting and the airport, everything we asked for the trip to include, Mandy made sure it was all in place. We had the most stress free holiday we have ever had, and Mandy even messaged until we got on the plane and on our return to ensure our plane was leaving on time. We booked a holiday to Lanzarote with Mandy at Forget Me Not Travel and the whole process was seamless from start to finish.
