Helped me with my short term disability claim and got me 12 weeks off before I had baby with pay! Customer Service was prompt with any concerns I had, Could not recommend them more!

I was really looking for an easier way to handle my needs, the whole process was so simple right from home. Everything was completed online without any stress or having to jump through hoops. They were incredibly professional and handled everything quickly. I had issues with a form received and they corrected it and sent me the correct form nice and swiftly. It is such a relief to have this taken care of without any hassle.

Working with FMLA Docs was stress-free and super easy. I like that it was simple to follow and they were able to provide the support I needed in a timely manner. Without their support, the leave I requested would have not happened and I couldn't be more grateful that I found this website. It was also nice to get a text when something was completed instead of stocking the website. Overall, I would tell anyone I know to use this site.

Be extremely careful using their services. There is no way to contact them at all. They do not answer emails, they do not answer phone calls.
Issued me an FMLA letter, but impossible to reach them for corrections and additional details.
I would be surprised if they doctor they used is a real one.

Easy process. However took over 48 hours to hear back from a provider. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience today at Family Medical in Lebanon TN. Dr. Audrey and nurse Rachel were SO amazing! I had what I thought was a lipoma removed but Dr. Rachel found it was only a mucus sac on my finger. They allowed me to record it which was SO cool!! Lol I felt NO pain! They were super awesome!! Thanks guys for such a professional and pleasant experience. Their just so nice!

I wish I never trusted them. Stay far away. Do NOT risk job security on this company. Customer service line is a robot and pricing is not transparent. My boss couldn't verify my FMLA or paid leave. The medical provider is a shady doctor and this whole operation feels like a sham. Why is it so hard to get honest healthcare in this country? It's full of fraud and lies.

I have mental health issues and swear this was the worst thing that could've possibly happened to me. I needed a few weeks off from work. Now I am jobless, and have no means of income. I have a family and bills. I wish I never took this chance.
