THE CHELMSFORD BRANCH COST ME £565 +vat
FMG Repair service services at the Chelmsford branch are absolutely shocking they repaired my transit van which I had to return because the paintwork was shocking they didn’t do every panel because they said it wasn’t in the accident which to give them credit they then put right after their head office told them too, I also got an engine management like came on my Vehicle within 12 hours of leaving their garage when I returned the vehicle they told me it was nothing to do with them through further phone calls of speaking to their head office and the Insurance insurance company they got told to sort it out which then they got me through the back door at ford Braintree where the manager told me he knew someone and then I get told a rodent as eaten through my matter sensor cable but I am not covered on that as it was nothing to do with the accident I’ve got told. my vehicle was parked outside their garage all the time it was with them they had the Van for two weeks+ on the industrial site there are hundreds of rats but I was still liable to pay the £565 +vat they also left my van at Braintree Ford and refused to bring it back as they told me it wasn’t their issue I may have just had a bad experience not one of their branches might be like this I’ve got pictures to Back all of this up honestly I would pick another garage in the future if I could upload my pictures on there you would be shocked I remember this is the Chelmsford branch I can’t speak on any other branches

My car was taken too the work shop in lakeside, too fix a very deep knife mark that went all the way from the front side all the way too the back. They kept me upto date on the progress of the repair. I went through my insurance company as I have a mobility car the courtesy car was very nice and im extremely happy with the work carried out. I would highly recommend this company. Not only professional but are fairly priced.

FMG Repair Services – Shocking Scam and Abuse of Power
FMG Repair Services, used by Admiral Insurance, are an absolute disgrace. They quoted me over £10,000 to “repair” a car that only had a minor scratch on the driver’s side door. I’ve already had multiple independent mechanics offer to fix it for £2,000 or less — yet FMG tried to write the car off, likely just to resell it and make a profit.
They are not here to help you — they’re here to profit from your misfortune.
