From start to finish, I was kept informed of progress.
All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I did not, of course, deal directly with the people doing the repair but I am impressed with their efforts. There is no sign at all of the damage. The cost was not prohibitive . I was provided with a courtesy car which was as like mine as they could. The repair was perfect. Hats off to all involved.

Can't praise FMG Accrington enough! Handled my repairs to my Toyota Yaris professionally and swiftly. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Carried out my repairs to high standard and even valeted my car! From start to finish I can't fault them at all- was kept up to date at each stage! Highly recommend them. AR

The work is self carried out on my vehicle seems good, however as a service, they fell well short of what I’d considered a good service to be. They took my car in (for minor front end damage) and had it 2 week before they even looked at it, for which they then had it another 2 weeks to carry out the repair. The curtesy car provided was welcomed and although very small it served the purpose, But came with the usual “return full and clean” to which I expected the same in return (mine went clean and fully charged). However my car was returned with less than 30miles of charge left in the battery and although a bucket of water had been thrown over the outside the inside hadn’t been touched.

Scraped the side of my Mini on the entry to my driveway. Most of the communication was through email or with the odd phone call. Was kept up to date throughout. Loan car was dropped off when my car was collected. Was over Christmas and New Year but was done efficiently and you would never know it had been scraped. Very happy with the company and friendly staff.

I gave them four star, not the five as it had to go back in And I had to mention a few things, but it’s all amazing now ….. Didn’t know why they didn’t do it in the first place They must be rushed off their feet because the paint job they done was fantastic etc .

Dodgy company take over a month to reply and tell you it's not insured. Yet my steering rack became faulty after driving through water, they say that's wear and tear do not use Tesco they use these cowboys

Michelle was great on phone very understanding polite kind and respectful and explained everything and the guy who came out to do photos was great

My car was collected on time and was fixed within a matter of a few weeks. I received updates along the way to keep me informed and then it was dropped back off to myself all looking brand new again. The whole process has been fantastic and I am really happy with the service I received. Highly recommend.

Came on time to pick up and deliver the van on completion. Kept me informed. Vehicle came back in excellent, very clean condition

I was sent to FMG in Hull by my insurance company after some one had got to close to my car & put some nasty scratches & damaged it .
On arrival at FMG Hull a gentleman told me what he was going to do with the car & I had compleat confidence in chap as he new what he had to do
FMG in Hull contacted me re.picking up my car ,when the car had gone they in I was fully informed all the time the car was a way & on completion the car was brought back
to my home fully restored & cleaned
I could not speak more highly of the
