I traveled to Istanbul from the US (Colorado) in September 2024 for a tummy tuck and 360 lipo.
My results (it’s now March 2025) are fantastic!! I couldn’t be happier.
My confidence has soared and I’m so ready for swimsuit season!!
The entire experience in Turkey was amazing - the transfers in the luxe van, the hotel and its amazing room service, the host and all of his support, the highly skilled surgeon and her staff, the beautiful and immaculate hospital, etc. It was so amazing I’m planning to go back routinely for more - lol.
I’ve had several friends and family members who have gone through FlyHealth (prior to my surgery and since then) for a multitude of services, we have all had excellent results and experiences. You can absolutely trust FlyHealth!

FlyHealth has been a complete disaster, and I am still suffering from their negligence. First and foremost, they have repeatedly violated my privacy by sharing my personal and medical information without my consent, even after I explicitly told them to stop. Their actions are not just unethical but also fraudulent—they misrepresented their services, failed to provide what was promised, and ignored my concerns. Instead of addressing these issues professionally, they retaliated against my reviews by exposing my private information online, further violating my rights.

Beyond the privacy violations, I am still dealing with serious medical complications from their botched procedure. The surgery did not go as promised—the scope of the procedure was misrepresented, and I was discharged too early while still bleeding, with an IV and drainage tubes attached, just so they could save money. I later required blood transfusions and additional treatments to recover. The costs of managing these complications have already far exceeded what I originally paid for the surgery, and I continue to experience pain, financial loss, and emotional distress.

FlyHealth also falsely advertised their services. They promised hotel accommodations and transportation, but I had to arrange and pay for everything myself. Their entire process is misleading and dishonest.

This is not just about a bad experience—it’s about fraud, medical negligence, and complete disregard for patient safety. FlyHealth should be held accountable, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.

The whole experience was amazing from organising my breast reduction and lift procedure from the beginning to the end.Dr Banu and her team at the Mediva hospital and to the team who organised my transfers with my friend Leanne nothing was too much trouble today of the team. Anill my co-ordination was brilliant and was always in hand to help where possible. I’m really elated with my results of my procedure and I will definitely be back in the future. Ik wil graag mijn geweldige ervaring delen met Flyhealth en de haartransplantatie die ik heb ondergaan. Na het overwinnen van mijn angst ben ik overgehaald door een vriend om deze stap te zetten. Voor mijn vriend was het de tweede keer en hij had een schitterend resultaat, wat voor mij voldoende reden was om het ook te proberen.
Hoewel ik oorspronkelijk bang was voor de behandeling, viel het achteraf enorm mee. Na de verdovingen voel je namelijk niets, waardoor je relaxed in de stoel kunt zitten terwijl de behandeling plaatsvindt. In totaal ben ik twee keer geweest, waarbij er ongeveer **4000 grafts** zijn teruggeplaatst.
Wat me het meest opviel, was hoe goed alles geregeld was door Flyhealth. De transfers, het hotel en de uitstekende Engelstalige begeleiding hebben enorm bijgedragen aan mijn comfort tijdens het proces.
En het resultaat? Geweldig! Veel van mijn vrienden hebben, na het zien van mijn resultaat, besloten om ook via Flyhealth een haartransplantatie te ondergaan.
Ik kan Flyhealth zeker aanraden aan iedereen die overweegt om een haartransplantatie te laten doen!

Amazing service and communication!
Hair transplant to improve hair line was definitely a success. I didn’t have a significant hair loss and hesitated for a while. After unpleasant consultations with American specialists, a friend of mine suggested I go to Istanbul for a procedure. He gave me FlyHealth contact and it was a pleasure to communicate with them and organize the trip.

This has been my second time booking with FlyHealth and I cannot fault them.
Booking was really easy and I have been given updates all the way. I was picked up from the airport and bought to my hotel. Having had time on my first day I could explore the hotel, so I knew where I would spend my time recovering.
The assistant has been great, just as expected and solved everything from getting tests organised to getting me into my hospital bedroom.
The hospital staff has been ever so helpful and supportive, just like I experienced before.
Then I have spent many days in the hotel to recover and had constant contact with the assistant, that was feeding back to the clinic. They even arranged an extra visit after I expressed some concerns in recovery, which made me feel so at ease.
Even once I returned back home, I had constant contact with the aftercare team to advise what to do and not to do and help me through my struggles at home.
Honestly cannot fault anything and would highly recommend booking with FlyHealth, it makes the whole process so much easier.

On 06/11/24 I had gastric sleeve surgery. I can honestly say, it was the best day of my life yetravellingver be able to thank Fly Health enough for making all my dreams come true. The care I received from start to finish was phenomenal. I was treated like a princess the full time I was there.
The hospital I stayed in was immaculate and the staff were brilliant.
I hand on heart do not have one single bad word to say about Fly Health or the service I received whilst in Istanbul.

I arranged my surgery through Fly health and my surgeon was Dr Banu. What an A+ experience from start to finish. I had the mommy makeover, and was informed throughout my stay what was happening and what arrangements had been made for me.
Anil,was with us throughout and available to chat with 24 hours a day if required. The hotel,hospital stay was fantastic. The staff were so helpful throughout. Dr Banu and her team were so attentive and put my mind at ease with such a big operation. I was picked up from the airport and also for hospital stay. Checkups at Dr Banu's clinics were organised and I got collected from the hotel and back again. Will be returning again soon and cannot thank everyone involved enough! Thanks again!!Dianne

I had a breast reduction done with flyhealth and it was the best decision I made. I was so nervous to begin with but that soon went when I met everyone. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Everything went smoothly and better than I planned. My surgeon was so lovely and so was her team. I was told what was going happen step by step. Would definitely recommend.

I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring on line I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI.
Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful.
Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring.
I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes.
Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go to with questions.
I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy.

Coming from the UK to Turkey for surgery was such a daunting experience. I was really worried. I booked in for a full tummy tuck, breast implants and uplift. However, upon arriving I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Flyhealth was recommended to me by a friend so after some research, I decided to go for it. I am so unbelievably happy that I did. Anil put my mind at ease from the minute that I met him. My surgeon, Dr banu aksoy was unreal and she has done an amazing job. The staff at the hospital were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I am home now and healing extemely well. I cannot thank flyhealth enough for making my experience what it was. Even though I was a big cry baby, they was nothing short of perfect. Thank you again to all involved.
