I truly cannot say enough about this company! They assisted us in getting hospital admittance in Miami. Kept in communications with both current and transferred hospitals. Our representative, Richard helped us get both admitted and financial cleared at the new hospital so that we could get our sister released from the overseas hospital. I did not feel alone in this process, as he proactively helped me navigate each obstacle we faced in getting her released. The medical team that arrived was top notch! They also coordinated all ground ambulance transport to and from the plane. Once they were picked up Richard send a confirmation email when they were in the air. Thank you, we are all forever indebted to you all.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and Al who I dealt with. I spoke with quite a few other companies and didn’t get any satisfaction, I needed to transport my bedridden husband who had a stroke 6 months prior, from Madison WI back to our home in Sanibel, along with our small dog. I wanted my well-behaved dog to be able to sit on my lap, not in a crate, since he has never been in a crate. The other companies I spoke with either couldn’t do this, or said we’d have to wait until the day of and see what the crew allowed, which of course wouldn’t work for me. Al said no problem, he could get me a flight that would allow the dog.

I was a bit nervous too, talking to these other companies because each time I called I’d get different people and different information, and it was a huge amount of money to commit to without knowing who you are dealing with, and they all say they are non refundable. With Advanced Air i always spoke with Al, and he was very reassuring. So I made my decision to go with Advanced Air, and we a set the date. Well about 3 days before we were to leave, my husband ended up in the hospital. Everything was up in the air. We had no idea how long he’d be in there or what condition he’d be in. I called Al, so worried about loosing everything, and he said not to worry, just keep him updated and he’ll work it out. My husband got released 5 days later, ready to go, and Al got us a flight 2 days after that. The ambulance picked us up on schedule, took us to the plane, the ambulance met us at the other end, and took us home. It was as easy as pie. The crew were professional medical people, and super competent.

Best of all, Al made a very stressful time for us that much easier, and I will always be grateful to the man who got us home! There’s no place like home!

During what is one of the most stressful experiences of any family member going through a medical emergency, I can not speak highly enough by the professionalism and execution of Advanced Air Ambulance. They were extremely responsive, timely and flexible to deal with through the entire process. The transfer flight from Aruba to Boston was so smooth and they took care of everything along the way from pick up to delivery until my dad was secure in the hospital. Highly recommend their services when you need them the most.

A very close friend from Guadeloupe contracted Covid 19 while seeking out alternative treatment in Florida for advanced-stage cancer, and ended up being hospitalized for just over a month in a foreign country, with a different language, and all alone.

She developed a severe lung infection and as a result, doctors advised that she would not be able to survive flying home on a commercial flight. Her condition deteriorated rapidly and friends and relatives rallied to raise funds via GoFundMe to get her home, as her only wish was to be returned to her homeland and her family, for her last moments.

I contacted Advanced Air Ambulance, which I found from a simple Google search and had several conversations with Al, who was very accessible and responsive and understanding of the situation. He remained positive throughout the discussions and gave the family hope that she would arrive home to see her loved ones.

We finalized the details and the team arrived punctually at the hospital at the designated time to take her to the airport. The moment the medical team came through the door, I knew that she would make it home. The pilots and George and Jennifer who were the medical personnel on board, were extremely professional, but also gentle and compassionate. During the flight they attended to any need she had immediately and were very gentle with her.

She needed this, as she had just spent a month all alone in a foreign hospital without that comfort of feeling really cared for. She wanted to be at home and spend her last moments with her family and Advanced Air Ambulance made it possible to fulfill her final wish.

I accompanied my friend on the flight to Guadeloupe and so I sat next to Jennifer and I told her this story. I could see genuine care and compassion in her eyes and when the plane landed, my friend and I both cried, as she had made it safely home. I wasn't facing Jennifer at that moment, but I could feel her empathy. She hugged me before we transferred to the ground ambulance in Guadeloupe.

My friend died 2 days later, but was able to have a send-off with all her family and friends around her and a funeral procession through the streets of her little town of Gosier in Guadeloupe. There was no price for giving her this peace.

I would give Advanced Air Ambulance 6 stars if it were possible. Thank you Al, Jennifer, George and pilots (I unfortunately didn't get their names).

My mom needed transport after a serious injury from Long Island to North Carolina, where she lives. We had never dealt with a situation of this critical nature. I called Advanced Air Ambulance and from start to finish they were very professional and put my mind at ease, in setting the flights up. The staff that flew with her was very respectful, caring and compassionate towards her during the flight. They made her as comfortable as possible. The transport by ambulance to her home was also met with wonderful and professional people. Mom is so thrilled to be home and is recovering quicker now that she is in her own home. It was a pleasure working with this company and we are very thankful that we chose them to transport mom safely home.

Sent a request on 15 December by email, and almost a month later I have not received a response or acknowledgement. I suspect they are no longer in business.

Richard of Advanced Air Ambalance provided amazingly prompt, knowlegeable,compassionate aasiatance in our nees to transfer a young qoman feom Maui Hawaii to Stanford University Hospital. Fare was more then reasonable. Service after flight on removing my credit card hold waa immedite. Mahalo Richard and all the pilots and flying nurses. You hwlp greatly in saving a life. Aloha

Advanced air ambulance received a 5 star rating because they did everything right! All arrangements were easy to make because someone from the team consistently answer the phone as well as thoroughly answering all my questions no matter how many times I may have asked to have something repeated. Even when the wire transfer took extra time due to the weekend they were totale supportive an understanding of the situation. I highly recommend this service!

This was an amazing experience. Compared to getting a mobile deposit app on my phone, arranging this flight was far easier. Everything worked beautifully, the pilots and the nurses were great. We had a very smooth flight and we even arrived early at our destination. Everything was explained to us from the beginning of the process until the end. Richard Abbara was fantastic to work with. He answered all of our questions and was always available to take with regarding our needs and our timing. Richard kept the people picking us up at our destination airport well-informed on our progress. We had a great follow-up phone call the day after we arrived t our destination to review how everything went.

In remembrance of my father, I would like to thank the entire Advanced Air Ambulance team for their exceptional service in organizing the medical air ambulance transportation for my father from Los Angeles, California to Miami, Florida. My family and I traveled to LA escaping Hurricane Irma in September of 2017. Unfortunately, due to dehydration he fell sick and went to a local hospital. This hospital neglected in his care and he ended up with multiple organ failure and bed bound for 4 months and 9 days in California until we were fortunate to arrange my father’s air ambulance to come back home to us.

Mr. Abbara made it his personal commitment to making sure all my Father’s needs were taken care of with uttermost urgency, respect, quality, and 100% supervision. He understood the fragile state my father was in and ensured that every detail of our transportation was executed diligently. Mr. Abbara and his team worked with us every step of the way from the moment I made the first call to the end date when my father landed in Miami safely. The team at Advance Air Ambulance specifically the crew members were extremely professional and handled the coordination of transportation in a first-class manner. My father and I were both comfortable in the air ambulance and had no issues during our trip back home. The entire staff made sure our trip was easier under the very stressful circumstances we had faced in California with my father’s health condition. I am so grateful to have met the team and so glad they were able to fulfill my father’s last wish to come home. My father was hospitalized immediately in Miami and remained bed bound for another 5 months until he passed on June 20, 2018.

The respect and honor the team saluted my father upon landing and upon his death was heartwarming and will never be forgotten. I highly recommend Advance Air Ambulance to everyone for their medical transportation needs as you will be in good hands every step up the way and your investment will not be wasted.
