Wrongly withheld balance and then removed balance from me bad casino , bad practices

The casino just decided to suspend my account for no reason. When I asked support why, they invented a fake 2nd account that I had supposedly opened, which is totally false (I obviously checked to see if this was the case). In any case, having deposited several times - no withdrawals, with a terrible RTP and yet I play calmly.
