I didn’t even want to give it one star they took my money and didn’t deliver anything, charged me 40$ extra and refuse to answer my questions other than saying covid caused the delay it’s 2026.. I can’t believe legally they are operating and so high on google I didn’t question it.. Worst company I’ve dealt with in my life for anything hands down

I put in an order for flowers then I received an email saying that they were not going to be able to be delivered the same day. I emailed them back, asking for a refund or an upgrade of the flower , they chose to just give me a refund. My girlfriend works in a hospital and I just wanted to send her flowers immediately because she was having a hard day. That’s why I chose flowers in four hours and they couldn’t even deliver on their name.

SO VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE! SCAM FROM THE OUTSET. ORDERED FLOWERS OPN 4/22/2026 FOR MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY4/23/2026. TODAY IS 4/30/2026 AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. FIRST THEY SAID THAT MY PYMT DID NOT PROCEES, I PROVED THAT WAS INCORRECT AND STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I phoned in my order and was told they would be delivered same day. In the evening I got an email saying they would deliver next day. So next day I called in to ask if they had delivered, and Frank the AI assistant said it would be delivered today. 45 minutes later I got an email saying they would not deliver today but would deliver tomorrow. I called 2 different numbers so that I could speak with a person and all I could talk to was Frank the AI assistant. He could not answer any questions, only say it would be delivered tomorrow and sorry for any misunderstanding. That was it and I cancelled my order and I phoned the credit card company and cancelled my credit card as well. I had paid dearly for these flowers, in U.S. dollars yet! I couldn't understand that either.

They will not deliver your order and getting a refund will take up to 6 business days. Beware this is feels lime a scam with all their AI it uses.

This was the first time that I used Flowers 4 Hours and was very dissappointed. The plant I ordered was not delivered on the requested and paid for date. I received no notification that there was a delay. I had to follow up the next day for an status update and that's when I was told about the delay. To date, I still have not received notification that the plant was delivered. I had to hear it from the recipient. I am just hoping that it was a beautiful plant.
I don't plan on using them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My unsuspecting 83 year old mother used this site to send me birthday flowers. What came looked nothing like the pictures. A couple of red roses, a yellow lily and a couple of sprigs of baby's breath. Completely lacking in every way. This company is scamming consumers. They don't seem to have Google reviews which is itself a red flag. I complained to BBB.

Would give ZERO stars if an option. This vendor came up near the top of search results for a next-day sympathy delivery in WY. Mistakenly thought it was a valid business because of their slick AI website. Received a confirmation of the order and payment was immediately pending on credit card but never received a confirmation of delivery on the day. My order # is still not in their system and their telephone tree kept me in the queue for 10 minutes before reconnecting me with a bot, assuring me of a return call by a live agent. Received a call from a local number, was put in a queue, then disconnected. This is a bogus vendor and I will be cancelling and disputing this charge.

You won't even get your order several days out much less in "4 hours". I placed an order for a spray stand for a funeral and there sat my family member's casket with no flowers because of their failure. They are so quick to charge your card, but when they don't deliver, they drag their feet to provide any reply to an order inquiry. Skip this company for your flower delivery needs, especially if they are for a funeral. What an embarrassment and a moment that can never be corrected.

This is the most unethical company I’ve ever dealt with. They will charge you differently than what is on the invoice that they emailed you after your purchase after calling and speaking with someone at customer service. No one is willing to do anything about it! I thought I was buying flowers with delivery AND left a tip for the driver to see on my credit card that I was charged $131 not $96 which was sent to me on an invoice.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP - FLOWERS IN 4 HOURS. Ordered flowers on a Sunday - 4 hour delivery was NOT an option. Set delivery for Monday. Received an email that it will be delayed until the next day. Call customer service and was assured this email was an error and they would still be delivered on Monday. That was Not the case. I cancelled the order and went with someone else. These were for someone in hospital

Giving this company a 1 star review is wrong, it should have a no star option.

The flowers that they offered were the Teleflora "County Basket" They farmed the actual flowers, delivery etc. out to Blossom Flower Delivery. The delivery in 4 hours was a complete sham, flowers [not country roses, but a vase of 6 wilted roses] was delivered 5 days later. I complained on 1/10/2026 that the flowers hadn't been delivered and they said they'd bump the order up to the "deluxe" version, they didn't so customer service was a joke. when I tried to cancel the order and receive a refund, they sent a vase of roses that looked wilted and brown so they could say that they "fulfilled my order." When I got the recipient to send a photo of the flowers they'd actually sent and saw that they had used a bait and switch, they sent me to AI who gave me the run around so 100% satisfaction guarantee was a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My mother ordered flowers from this site for my birthday. She is over 80 and did not know to check reviews first. This site is barely legit. The flowers arrived after 6 pm (I was out) and were vastly different from the picture on the site. Their site picture shows a full bouquet with roses and many lilies. I got 5 roses; a bunch of carnations and baby's breath; and one lily. No artistic arrangement. I tried to contact customer service about the late delivery; was placed in a phone queue for over 15 mins then when I was "first in the queue" for over 5 mins they told me to leave my number and someone would call back. They never did. My mom is so upset that I did not get anything close to what she ordered. Avoid this site.

SCAM! I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. But they have never been delivered

These are thieves stealing from people when you try to spoil your loved ones . Everything is fake and is designed to give fall impression .!

Scam warning. Avoid this company.
I paid on Valentine’s Day and received nothing until today (Feb 19). Calls are ignored or disconnected, and emails get no response.

The company uses two different names (“Flowers indoors 4 hours” and “Blossom”), which is suspicious.

I demand an immediate refund. This review will stay public until you contact me and resolve this issue.

Don’t buy flowers from here I purchased flowers on 2/12/26 for my wife it was our first valentine day as a married couple keep in mind name of company is flowers in 4 hours I had delivery day of 2/13/26 it’s now 2/14/26 finally spoke to human and was informed that it would be 2/16/26 before the roses were delivered so I cancelled please don’t count on this organization to help you on your occasion only reason it was given 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave zero!!!!

DO NOT order flowers from this vendor - they are a complete SCAM. Not only do flowers not get delivered their tel line hangs up on you consistently and when you do get someone on the line they have no clue about anything and tell you you will hear back in 48 hours. Anything but flowers in 4 hours - bullshit in 3 mins should be their name. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

They dont answer, customer service never circles back and you will buy flowers and hope it comes and then they never do. This is a scam company under multiple names- Blossom Flower Delivery and Flowers in 4 Hours. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
