Excessive prompts to donate while shopping.

I was a volunteer for a few years. I worked sorting donations in your branch in suffolk. I have witnessed waste of charities moneys by the enpet way stock is moved. Sorry if the delivery guys doesn't understand what's written on the cull bags etc why is he still employed? I thought wrongly that I was a valuable member of the team. How wrong was I. 8 months away due to illness no one has called to see how I am or if I will be returning. I will take myself elsewhere to hope benefit another charity. And you were desperate for volunteers. Your sure know now to lose them. Management stands around gossiping while the volunteers do the work. I cant work with people like that.

We had a Coffee Machine Returns issue which was resolved by two excellent members of staff: Margaret and her Manager (I apologise for not remembering your name even though you provided a superb service) - Margaret can confirm your name.

This company took £50 out of my account without my concent I'm totally disgusted that this organisation are part of a fruad scam scheme.

Purchased a camera from your eBay account- you proceeded to send me pottery and asked me to send back the item before you would send my correct order out. I did this, spent my own time going to the post office and two months later I have had no camera or refund. Avoid at all costs, your staff on eBay have a terrible attitude. Spend your money helping a charity who actually care

No confirmation email once they have your money. They hope you will call their premium number so they can get even more money from you. Left on hold for ages. had to try the chat system. Agents ignore the questions they don't like and only answer the ones that can be answered with automated messages. Daisy and Megan were awful. Do not buy from them.

Absolutely appalling service.
- Failed to delivery Birthday Flowers on time
- Flowers arrived looking nothing like the website
- Failed to answer complaint (two weeks and still waiting)
- Embarrassing for CRUK, they need to stop this service or find a new partner.

I ordered in plenty of time- days in advance and they didnt get there on my requested date. Cant get through to them. Bot chat just kept sending me in circles saying i had to take it up with Royal Mail. no confirmation email- as other users have said. So disappointed.

Flowers dead within a few days of arrival. No communication back from the company when contacted. They don't even bother to send you an order confirmation. (And yes I did check my spam folder)

CANTERBURY: Staff more concerned using mobile phones instead of serving customers. Staff continually changing, seem to be unaware that goods donated are to be sold to public for cancer research. Staff should not have first dibs at donations which is happening a lot. I'm very reluctant to support any charity that benefits staff.
