I ordered a terrarium online as my daughter-in-law had a baby and was sending this to the hospital as a congratulations. The terrarium had a bug in it so I reported this issue. They would not take responsibility and the solution was for me to return the item but unfortunately there is no shop near me. I called them to discuss that they should do the right thing pick it up and replace it but they wanted me to put the terrarium outside check for more bugs etc. Terrible experience so embarrassed that this went out to my family infected would never buy from them again, especially considering that they won’t do the right thing and replace the item considering it was a gift.

I have sent flowers from different companies regularly over the years and have generally been a bit disappointed, tend to spend quite a lot for them, lured in by the great photo of what the flowers “should” look like on the website- I was becoming quite cynical.. but sent Mother’s Day flowers via Flowers for Everyone and was so happy with them.. I think the real arrangement actually looked better than the website photo.. would highly recommend and will definitely use for all future flower gifts

Absolutely unreliable service!
Two days ago, I ordered presents for my niece, as I am in a different country right now.
They "attempted" to deliver (but didn't), and are now asking for additional payment for the second attempt.
When I was arguing with them, they canceled my order (as they said). I made the second one, they haven't delivered it either!
Now I'm down by almost 1000 AUD, but nothing has been delivered.
Total scam!

I sent my friend flowers today. They are called Monet’s Muse Flower Basket. Absolutely stunning flowers.
My friend said they were the most beautiful flowers she have ever received. Delivery was prompt and I love that you have updates on the progress of your delivery. The driver followed my instructions exactly as I wanted. This is the 4th time I have ordered from Flowers for Everyone and never been disappointed yet.

Second bunch I have received. The stems are so short, it almost impossible to find a vase wide enough and short enough to put the flowers in. The maximum length on the greenery was 23cm. The cost of these flowers is outrageous.

It appears if flowers cannot be left outside the door or with a neighbour, the recipient has to wait indoors from 8 am to 7 pm. Flowers for Everyone have explained to me that they are using a third party courier, who is unable to offer any shorter wait periods. And so my lovely daughter has not received her birthday flowers as she was not in when the courier called. The company is also refusing to give a refund.

Excellent service with beautiful arrangements. Thank you for surprising my mother with this wonderful arrangement.
