Condidering the £189 i spent for these pitiful flowers i would definetley not recommend anyone buying from this company absolutley disgusting highway robbery i am severley dissapointed to say the least could have done better myself i hope the florist chokes on some ivy
Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. I ordered a plant and paid an additional charge for same day delivery, as it was a gift for a party that same evening. I received confirmation that this had been received and was being processed. By early evening I was a little uneasy and raised a query through their customer services chat. Anyway - no response and had to scrabble for another gift for the party. The next day I saw I had received a response over night apologising and stating they would be delivering the following day. Needless to state I responded immediately that I no longer needed the plant and to cancel the order. However, the plant duly arrived later that day - I did not accept the delivery. Flower Box nevertheless proceeded to charge me the full amount including £22 for same day delivery! I have since been going back and forth fruitlessly - there is no option to phone and speak to customer services. Even though the chat shows the full history I have had to re-explain the whole situation several times. Eventually I received a £10 refund - even though this doesn't cover the full same day delivery cost and I no longer needed the plant. In short - I am sure the company can be OK sometimes but the moment something goes wrong and requires resolution you are treated very badly and basically gaslit. Don't go near them with a bargepole is my advice! I never raise dispute resolutions with my bank - first time in over 10 years - but I am doing so here because so annoyed at the whole situation!

This was a very dissappointing experience. I was expecting a premium service given the amount I spent on flowers. My order never arrived! I have struggled to get hold of customer service.
Not as colourful as expected
I ordered the large crimson wreath which is pretty expensive. It’s substantial and the foliage is dense which is great. However the berries were quite sparse. I had left a tip in advance hoping this would ensure better quality but that didn’t prove to be the case.
Very bad experience
I arranged for a flower box delivery for my daughter's birthday, selecting a special 8AM - 2PM slot and requested a morning delivery as she'd be out in the afternoon. Despite paying an extra £44, the shop didn't initially respond. On delivery day, a rude staff replied, emphasizing the time slot and questioning my understanding. They claimed they couldn’t meet every request. Actually I was okay to arrange a day earlier if they willing to communicate.
Charged incorrectly
Charged incorrectly, didn't deliver on the day requested, and gaslighted with information around delivery times on their website. Customer service was not very helpful and took multiple attempts to get a refund. The wreath was lovely, but the poinsettia was overpriced and very small. Will not be rushing back to order again.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from Flowers Box London. I paid £46.95 delivery so that my bridal flowers would be delivered fresh on the morning of my wedding day. Instead, Flowers Box sent them to me the day before (which should have cost only £13) and therefore the bouquet and buttonhole flower were NOT fresh for our wedding day. I have tried to contact the company numerous times since the end of August 2025 (phone calls, voicemails and emails) and they have not responded to me at all. I would not recommend Flowers Box to anyone under any circumstance. Very, very disappointing.

Spent a lot of money on my wedding…
Spent a lot of money on my wedding bouquet so was a bit disappointed that it had no flower food to keep it fresh for the two day wedding we had as it shrivelled by the next day so was not value for money at all. To think that it was so expensive and other flower shops like Freddie’s would provide extra flower foods without any extra charge making their flowers last longer at a fraction of the price. I only bought with you guys as Freddie’s didn’t have Lilly of the valley which I needed for my wedding!

The roses were too small. The biggest balloon has a very strong plastic smell and was already half deflated.
Sub standard glassware

Response from Flowers Box read “We have checked this item against other vases, and each of them has similar minor imperfections. These are not cracks or damages but natural characteristics of the glass and part of its normal appearance” Not an intellectual reply, my wife and I can tell the difference between a chip and a blemish in glassware!
