Great website, horrible delivery. Failed to deliver on Valentine's Day.

I used PayPal to pay so I was able to file a complaint and get my money back.

I asked for a tracking number and the reply ignored that request and told me that the delivery was on its way. It never was.

After two weeks, I escalated the case to PayPal and PayPal decided in my favour.

Flowers & Plants Co. made no effort to return the money.

If you're satisfied with pictures of flowers, use Flowers & Plants Co., but if you want real flowers, use someone else.

Placed an order in the morning, and immediately received a call offering same-day delivery. Within a couple of hours, the plants had arrived. Both plants were beautifully wrapped, and I'm delighted with my new leafy additions. Would 100% buy from them again.

Orders flowers for a significant birthday milestone which did not arrive on the date specified. Naively thought they couldn't possibly make the same mistake twice for another significant milestone. I was wrong. I will be avoiding this company ongoing.

Unreliable and bad service - flowers were not delivered on Valentine's Day, no compensation offered and terrible customer service.

1 star is too much for this cowboy outfit! They don’t respond to you when chasing up on my order which was ordered DAYS in advance! I got through once and the woman was just not interested in my late delivery. No email responses after multiple chasers and cannot get through on phone again. Still waiting for a delivery of birthday flowers at 8.00pm at night! I will be making a chargeback claim with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I wish I had read the reviews before using this shody company!! They are happy to take your money but not providing the service for it. Don’t waste your time and money and use a reputable company instead!
UPDATE: apparently flowers were out for delivery a day later and never turned up on day requested. Pointless as I needed them for a birthday! They can be binned as far as I am concerned!

Extremely bad experience. Ordered flowers for 14'th of February, they have been delivered on the 12'th of February. Got a 50% store credit and ordered another bouquet for the 21'st of February, this time they sent it on the 14'th of February. Before I asked for a refund, they were very prompt in their response, after requesting it they went very silent. Don't bother ordering from them, it's not worth the hassle.

What you order might not be what you get..

I ordered sunflowers for my partner, sunflowers were specifically what I wanted as there is a personal reason for them. What arrived were not sunflowers. I have no idea of the value of what was received but I do know that what I ordered is not what arrived.

Apparently this company reserve the right to change / substitute your order based on their supply, they do this without notifying you. So they clearly do not have a duty of care to their customers, some who require specifics.

Now they have offered to collect the flowers that were received for a refund. So they are prepared to go to the recipient and take what they incorrectly supplied back from their hands, with zero care for the wellbeing of the person they will be taking them back from.

Flowers are usually sent as an emotive gesture. The fact that this company do not honour your order and are prepared to go and take back what they incorrectly delivered is beyond belief, they could be knocking on the door of a grieving family member just to claw back what they incorrectly supplied so that the sender can be refunded. What happens to the flowers they collect? They’ll go straight in the bin hopefully, but maybe they would then resell them to somebody else. Flowers & Plants co should be addressing their errors without disturbing the recipient and honouring their mistakes by refunding orders that are evidently not as described.

Clearly won’t be using this unprofessional outfit again. I suggest you don’t either.

I ordered flowers for the 1/1 2024 which I could also see on my receipt, and I put a note in my order "If Jan 1st delivery isn't available then cancel my order.". They did not cancel my order. I want my money back.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, meant to arrive on Thursday 30th by noon. Unfortunately, I did NOT receive the flowers before noon. I rang several times in the day for an update. Customer service is terrible, the ladies I spoke to had no clue about my order. Poor communication!!!Each time I called I was given mixed information about my order. I was told my order is out for delivery at 7pm.
The delivery driver delivered at MIDNIGHT ,left it aside in my front garden without ringing the doorbell. Terrible service!!!
I am appalled, customer service has not replied back to my complaints requesting a refund.
I will not be ordering again !!!!

Nice flowers, but don’t use if outside London.

I ordered red and white sheaf and a white spray both in a deluxe size for my fathers funeral. They arrived the day before but were two bouquets.

When I rang I was advised that flowers aren’t delivered in an arrangement if ordered outside London, which I understand but wasn’t not made aware and no info on their website to advise.

They asked me to email so I could be compensated, I’ve chased three times since but no reply.

Nice flowers but not worth £136 and the stress of finding another florist the day before my dad’s funeral

Don’t order from them if the delivery is outside of London.
I ordered some flowers Friday 6 October and was advised they’d be delivered on the 7th.
No delivery by Monday 9 October so I rang them and was advised the delivery was delayed as the order was for an address outside of London but I was assured of the delivery by 6pm that night.
No delivery has happened so I’ve cancelled the order.

Ordered flowers for a relatives birthday. By the second day half the flowers where dying and one rose was rotten so must have been put in the display like this. The relative didn’t say anything about the poor condition of the flowers as they didn’t want to seem ungrateful so it was until I visited I noticed it. Flowers & Plants refuse to do anything as they were contacted 3 days after delivery instead of 2 days, even though the photos were taken on the second day. Poor flower quality and poor customer service.

Really deceitful. Picture on website was beautiful, I upgraded to large bouquet and it was smaller than a £20 bouquet from M&S. on querying I was told the picture is of a deluxe size even though price underneath is for a regular. Misleading! Do not use!

So upset flowers my son bought Mother’s Day arrived day late , he paid £58 Oh my god 3 roses and some foliage absolutely disgusted this is a rip off , don’t go by the pictures , do not use this company I won’t

Very bad unprofessional service, really disappointed as flowers were delivered midnight,this consider same day delivery, I did order 11:30 AM, spoiled the whole Occasion s as d party, never use again

Flowers are good. Paid extra for delivery before 1200, not the case, was out when delivered and left on door step.

Canary wharf branch: Brought a rose for my 3 year old left it with them and then asked for a refund 5 minutes later when I went to pick it up and was told they don't do refunds! Awful never again

Ordered flowers for my Wife and delivered to wrong address. Courier provided picture of delivery, but not my house. Told to go back and sort and had knocked on my door speaking to my Wife about how he's delivered to wrong house and has totally ruined the surprise. I now have to go and knock on my neighbour's door and retrieve them myself, which again has ruined the point of having flowers delivered!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers in December for an AM delivery.

Their courier hadn't delivered them in time. So I cancelled and requested my refund, they agreed and confirmed this will be processed.

5 weeks later I am still chasing my refund. Th communication is non existent and the refund looks as if it will never happen.

Poor company, poor service and to be honest poor judgement from me. Best to stick to mainstream suppliers because these lot are very, very, VERY poor.

NEVER USE THEM!!!

Flowers did not arrive for my Mum’s birthday. DPD delivered to the wrong house and she never received them. Response was cursory and just offered to process a refund. No offer to send a replacement or any goodwill gestures for the embarrassment and inconvenience. Won’t use them again.

Update: almost one month on and they still haven’t refunded me
