I really love the design of this bulb

Never buy anything from this company. They are thieves.

I have never had to deal with a company with such bad service in addition to selling products that are not compliant and not representative of what they advertise §-funds very difficult to communicate with them and offers ridiculous solutions

I purchased a product months and months…

I purchased a product months and months ago, and I have been contacting their support department for months and about two dozen emails later they still have not resolved and each time they keep saying that I need to contact the local post office neighbours and career company and wash their hands with it. I’ve told them I’ve done all that and it hasn’t been delivered and we’re not do anything to support. In addition no evidence can be provided by them or the courier company at all that it was delivered in any way shape or form no photos or images at all.
Clearly a scam company saying they’ve sent items when they haven’t do not purchase from them!

Ordered the incontinent underwear

Ordered the incontinent underwear. They were buy 5 get 5 free. There was no consistency in size and fit. 2 pair fit and the others did not. They were all different in width and height. They are underwear so I can't send back. Lesson learned. Will not order again.
Update: Flowarmth responded immediately. I passed the underwear on to my sisters and they think they will be able to use them so wasn't a total loss. I do believe in the product. I wear some from a previous order from another company and it saves my clothes from getting wet.

If I could rate them a -10 I would . I waited on my order for months , then they lost it ! Told me I would have to pay to get another. Or I could get a refund minus shipping and handling. Because of their loss. I only wanted what I ordered . Nothing more ! I want what I paid for !

Not totally happy with the product

Not totally happy with the product. It was meant to be a Montessori product not a copy of such. It took very long to arrive and corresponding with the Company was unsatisfactory. Will never order through this company again.

I purchased an iPhone 11 case

I purchased an iPhone 11 case. Two days later I lost my phone and replaced it with an iPhone 15. When the case arrived, I sent them an email about returning the useless case. It took a couple of days for them to answer and they said since I received the case, they couldn’t accept the return. I emailed again, explaining that that wasn’t the problem. Ultimately they offered me 6 bucks for my inconvenience. Insulting. Unfortunately, I purchased through PayPal. NEVER AGAIN. The company is a scam. DON’T BUY FROM FLOWWARMTH!!!

Ordered slim magnets for cabinet doors…

Ordered slim magnets for cabinet doors yesterday. Total cost was $19.99 but I was charged. $5 shipping, $1 for insurance and $6.99 for tax on$19.99. I caught it and asked them to cancel order. Answer was the tax was a mistake and they will refund my account in a few days. Plus it's not an American company as the flag made it look like. From China or some other country. Buyer beware!

Ordered a simple iPhone cover

UPDATE Sept 1, 2024 - Order finally came in and it's absolute waste of material! The magnet connection on the back is so weak, it can't even hold my slim wallet with 3 credit cards without shaking loose. Just cheap thin plastic. If I could get my money back, I would. The postage is SO SHADY! It was sent from Germany to the US and then on to me. Absolute cheap junk. YOU FLOWARMTH.COM are the type of companies that burn us consumers bad enough, we don't give honest companies a chance.

Ordered a simple iPhone cover. They charged a good amount for shipping, especially on something that weighs nothing. WEEKS! This stuff is sent from Germany to the U.S. GERMANY! It's not even left Europe yet. I would never have ordered if I knew it would take this long. Other companies would give you an estimated delivery date and I stupidly did not see one and assumed it would be in some manner of fast for the shipping cost.

A hassle to receive it, but works as expected.

Took my money, said product was delivered, but I never received it and the tracking number they gave me for USPS is bogus. I get an automated runaround when I try to contact them for assistance.

UPDATE: Almost immediately after I posted the review above, they finally responded to my email and suddenly said they had updated the shipping information. I got the case two days later. The case is as described and works very well with my MagSafe chargers and accessories. So I’m upgrading to a three just because of the extremely long shipping time and the lack of communication, not because of the product.

I placed an order and within less than 5 minutes I canceled after reading the reviews. TRUST the 1 star ratings. Days later I received an email saying it was being shipped. From now on I will order from reputable companies.

A fishy story

I ordered two small magnets for cabinet door. Its been 3 weeks with tracking notices saying item is shipped, item is in customs in Spain, items in customs US. Then I get a small package from someone in California with one magnet???? Still getting tracking notices that item is in customs. Sounds like its a fishy story to me. How would someone in California have anything to do with it?????
