Flow Right are the best!

We've been using Steve to service our boiler for a few years now and they really are the best locally.

Steve pointed out that our boiler needed a new part when he first came, which other heating engineers had not... It was cheap to replace, but had it gone - the whole boiler would have needed changing out and it's a beast of a boiler!

Not only that, both Steve and Holly are super lovely too. What more can you ask for?

Steve and Holly have both been brilliant. We’d originally booked them in for a “simple” boiler service but Steve noticed a couple of issues with our one-year-old brand new boiler and helped get it sorted with the original installers. He’s since checked in to make sure everything is ok. Were so impressed with the service and duty of care. We’d highly recommend Flow Right.

We received a great service from Stephen and Holly for our new Worcester Bosch boiler installation. Holly answered all our questions promptly and Stephen was quick to visit our home and provide a quote and options for a new boiler and smart thermostat. Stephen removed all of our old tanks and boiler and installed the new boiler over 2 full days. He advised us of problems with our existing wiring and alternatives which we agreed to. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Flow Right Heating & Gas for anyone interested in a new boiler. Stephen is Worcester accredited so we have the full 12 years warranty cover from Worcester.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Stephen and Holly I sent pictures to Holly of the boiler, flu and pipework and Holly promptly provided a quote for a replacement boiler. Stephen then called round to discuss which boiler would be best for us and agreed the estimate previously sent to us on the day of the fitting Stephen arrived promptly and got stuck in with fitting the boiler, working tirelessly all day. His work is very tidy including the copper pipework and waste pipes he cleaned up after fitting the boiler and gave me a tutorial on the boiler and the hive. The bill was promptly sent to us and promptly paid. The bill was over £1000 less than one of the major gas companies and consequently I would highly recommended Stephen and Holly for boiler replacement.

We just had our Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Stephen and couldn't be happier with the experience.
The quote was very competitive, Holly answered all our questions quickly and clearly, and Stephen came with a couple of days, and did a wonderful job of fitting our boiler. One piece of piping he thought we needed, he managed to fit the boiler without it, so told us and didn't charge us for the £50. I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he'd not been so honest, but I thought it was testament to what a decent company this is. He also spent quite a bit of time setting up our smart meter, which helped us greatly.
Stephen himself was polite and friendly, cleared up after the work, and kept us informed throughout.
I would highly recommend Flow-Right, they are good people doing really great work, for a really good price.

This Company did a brilliant job! Over two days Steven took out three old water tanks and an old boiler and replaced them with a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler, had all the old materials removed and cleaned up after himself as he went along. The professionalism shown by both Steven and Holly is second to none. I would thoroughly recommend Flow Right to anybody, we are so glad we found this Company and thank you once again for our new central heating system.

On contacting Stephen, an appointment for a quote was provided quickly. Stephen came to property on time as arranged. He was professional, friendly and polite. He answered all our queries, and provided a clear and precise explanation for what work was required. I received an email from his partner Holly, who provided a complete written and itemised quote, with various price options to suit our budget. Finance could be arranged if needed, at a low rate of finance. Stephen accepted our job, and started the work within 2 weeks at a convenient time to suit both parties.

Serviced the boiler for my mum who is 91 with dementia, as I was late the engineer spoke to my mum and told her that it was all arranged then waited for me.
He serviced the boiler, checked the operation of the central heating.
They provided a remote thermostat at a very reasonable cost and this will be a godsend for my mum.

New Boiler Fitted

From our first contact with Steven and Holly, communication was very prompt and professional. Steven gave us clear concise advice and recommended the boiler size that we required. When fitting the boiler he was very efficient, professional. Gave clear advice how to work the new boiler once fitted, and as a bonus the manufacturer’s warranty on the boiler had recently been extended from 10 to 12 years. He tidied up and took away our old boiler and removed a radiator for us. Brilliant Service, would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

Had a great experience from start to finish! Steve is really friendly and turned up when he said he will. Job completed in good time and very tidy. Holly sent through quotes and invoices straight away, which I really liked.

We had our old Worcester combi boiler for 28 years and finally decided to replace it. We found Flow-Right Heating and Gas from the Worcester-Bosch website as an accredited installer who was local to us. Selecting Flow-Right was a great decision as the work has been first class and at a fair price. Stephen is a really friendly and knowledgeable engineer and the comms from Holly has been excellent. I would highly recommend.
