Alberto is my first personal trainer to work with. This program is a must after Bariatric surgery. The ap is user friendly and Alberto is very quick to respond when I have questions or concerns. I’m very happy with my decision and process so far!! 😀😀👍👍👍

The floresfit app is the best I’ve ever used keeping me accountable for my workouts for the day to texting my trainer about any doubts or what I need more work on to him asking for updates to see where and how he can continue to help us in our health journey. I love that he makes working out fun and changes up routines so we don’t give up and keep on moving forward. If you ever get a chance to try this app I absolutely recommend it 💯💯 percent. I’ve been using it for about two years now and it’s the best yet. Thank you Alberto for the communication and making workout fun again.🙏🏼🤩👏🏼💪🏼

Not A Cookie Cutter Program
Alberto has been a fantastic coach! He always replies quickly whenever I have a question - no matter what day of the week it is. He is great about checking in when he hasn’t heard from me in a while.
The workouts meet me where I am and push me to go farther. Throughout this journey I’ve lost 60 lbs of fat, gained about 15 lbs of muscle, and avoided the saggy skin that comes with rapid weight loss.
I have little time to cook and noticed the first meal plan took a lot of time to prepare. Within less than an hour Dr. Flores redid my meal plan to make it match my life better. On top of that, he sent me an incredible list for on-the-go meals to help keep me on track if I can’t be near the kitchen.
Highly recommend!

Man, I am incredibly flattered by the massive compliment, but I definitely leave the medicine to the actual MDs and the strict clinical diets to the registered dietitians!
My focus as your coach is just hooking you up with those high-protein options and flexible frameworks you can pick and choose from so you can fuel your training without spending hours in the kitchen.
Speaking of training, you executed the strategy flawlessly. Pulling off a true body recomposition by dropping 60 lbs of fat while packing on 15 lbs of muscle is a serious feat. More importantly, using the right training stimulus to protect your skin integrity during rapid weight loss is exactly how you build a permanent physical foundation.
Watching you adapt and crush these goals on a crazy busy schedule has been awesome to see. It’s a privilege having you in the program, brother. Keep leading the way!
Once You See Results, You’re All In!
This workout program has been so easy to follow, and I’ve seen great results while using it. The workouts are straightforward and fit into my routine without feeling overwhelming. Once you start seeing the results, it makes you want to give the workouts everything you’ve got and keep pushing yourself forward.
The support and encouragement you get from Alberto is amazing-always motivating, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for something effective with incredible coaching and accountability.

I absolutely love what you said about how success changes your mindset. When a program feels completely overwhelming or overcomplicated, it's impossible to stick with long-term. FLORES FIT FOR THE WIN!!
Alberto was very attentive and a great communicator. He set me up on an exercise program that contributed to an additional 68 pound weight loss over the course of a year. My weight loss had stalled out and I found myself losing and gaining the same 5 pounds over and over when I found him. His encouragement and flexible routines were very instrumental especially in the beginning as I was learning to be active again. I hit my final goal a few weeks ago. My total weight LOSS is now at a staggering 219 lbs. Ive gone from a size 30 jeans to a size 2. I never imagined my life was going to change so much. Highly recommended!!!
