This company clearly advertises Jellycat plush toys using images taken from genuine Jellycat stores. Merch arrives with Jellycat tags... but its fake. Knockoffs dropshipped from China – even when this item was supposedly 'made in Indonesia'. Also auto-ticks a box which says they can post postive reviews in your name!

yo guys dont purchase anything from this store, this store sells fake products and delievers from guangzhou which is literally the flagship hub for fake counterfeit products
my mom bought a labubu and a crybaby and it turns out was fake, and the authentication code seems to redirect to a dead link and there was no authentication stickers on the packaging

The item I bought was advertised as a jellycat item, and photo reviews had jellycat packaging to support the authenticity of it.

When it arrived it was clearly fake, very poorly made, wrong shape and low quality materials.

Lumos initially responded quickly and were apologetic, I provided all the pictures they required, and as per policy had to send it back to China, this alone cost £16 but I was assured that once the item had been received then I would be refunded the cost of the item, £40, plus the £16 postage, even though I had provided proof of postage. It’s been a month, no acknowledgment that they have received it, no refund, and now no replies from.

If I had known the item was coming from China I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place, do not purchase anything from Lumos, they are a shining example of Chinese scammers.

Fast delivery with reliable tracking!

In fact, delivery was faster than I expected, because the tracking information indicated that it was being held in transit for a bit once it arrived in the US - and then it arrived three days later!

I bought a jellycat bashful birthday bunny and when I received it is clearly a fake. When I have tried to contact them they have not responded.

Brought jellycat malachy dragon was extremely disappointed was a fake and it was so bad I threw it away , the quality was shocking and u could tell straight away itcwasca fake .

Abysmal service. Said a product was in stock and then cancelled it over a week later. Got a very disappointed little boy who had saved up for this item and it was his first purchase with his savings card. Shame on you

I ordered a Bashful Bunny holding a cake. It took almost 2.5 weeks to arrive apparently because Florence Lumos did not give my full shipping details to the shipping company and it resulted in a failed delivery. When the bunny came yesterday, it looked so out of shape and had black dirt on the cake. It did not look authentic at all. I am so frustrated as I bought this for a friend's birthday gift and seeing her text me the next day that the jellycat was fake made my heart drop. The pricing is also outrageous for an unauthentic jellycat.

Sold counterfeit Jellycat products at a premium. I bought the original from the original Jellycat website and compared with the one from FlorenceLumos. Complete scam.

Buyer beware - I really wished I’d checked on here first. The item arrived today and it’s absolutely a fake Jellycat - It wasn’t like it was cheap, it was full price with extortionate postage. Please please think first. Tried to report to Shop app but it’s pretty much impossible.

Products are fake! I have an original Jellycat and bought 2 bunnies from Florence Lumos thinking they are genuine. Just received them and they are both a far cry from the original one that I have. Material used are sub-standard, bunnies are stiff and one of the bunnies even had a leg facing backwards! Both are out of shape and one of them very stunted. I tried to chat with them but no response. Think I have been scammed. There is a refund option but I need to send the items to a China address but my concern is I may not even be able to even recover my shipping cost let alone the costs of the bunnies! I paid original price for fake items. Very disappointed.

Fake Jellycat products. Stolen images, rip off. IP stealing thieves. Reporting to Jellycat and hoping they'll be able to get them shut down.

Although arrived promptly and had no need for contact with the company I do question the authenticity of it, comparing to some real jellycats online.

Nevertheless it still a cute dragon, one i much wanted. No sure I would buy from here again though especially for genuine jellycats

Edit - since the response below i had contacted florence lumos but have since received no response.

Ordered the Bathrobe Bear 🐻 for my kids birthday. Never arrived. Chased on their customer chat 💬 service - turns out none of the confirmations or order numbers were legit. The tracking links go to some dodgy text screen which looks like the matrix. They claimed to have no record of the purchase even though they’ve taken my money and left my kid without a birthday present. Turns out they are a scam company who either deliver fakes or simply pretend you haven’t ordered anything at all but take your hard earned money. Eb*la is too good for them.
