Wish I had read this review before I purchased this item. Fish arrived. Had it on charge for hours without the battery charging. Emailed Company who requested a video of the item. How do you video a non working fish and what use would that be to them. I am a 70 yr old pensioner who cannot afford to waste £18 but t was for my dog's Christmas. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY

Absolute rubbish! Only had the toy for one day and had to charge it 3 times even though my dog hardly played with it and then, when she decided she would play, within about ten minutes the flimsy material had a hole in it and the stuffing was coming out. This toy is definitely not suitable for dogs and could be extremely dangerous if they chewed into the battery casing. DO NOT BUY!!!

The Floppy Fish toy is not remotely suitable for a dog. I was extremely unimpressed and would go so far as to say it is dangerous with stuffing and internal workings spilling out within moments of only mild, gentle play.
The website states that satisfaction is guaranteed which is rubbish as no response received to my emails.

I bought 2 of these, at a cost of £38.99, neither will charge, one doesn't work at all because the charging port is broken ,the other charges for about 2 minutes then switches off, what an absolute load of junk, would advise everyone to give this rubbish a miss.

I received my fish no problem.
But, it only flops for 5 seconds and stops. We charged it several times and nothing has changed. It still just flops for 5 seconds. No instructions included.
Bummer!!

This toy is dangerous . My pointer loved the toy but within an hour although the outer casing was not damaged the plastic casing of the battery unit was cracked very badly and open with the battery cells exposed. I have a photo of the damaged product.
If a dog swallows the battery it could be fatal. Do not buy this toy. May be ok for a cat or small dog but not a big dog who can easily break into the toy and expose the battery.

Ordered two products from their website.There was an issue with my order because i made a mistake with my contact information on the order.After contacting them they were more than happy to re-send it to my adress.I just got the order and the items are awesome !

My two kitties cant stop fighting for this toy,i totally regret i ordered just one.The shipping was fast and the toy is perfect.i think its a must have for your pet :)

I got the toy for my dog - Rex and he loves it.The quality of the product is high given the fact the other toys i've bought him in the past (all are not intact lol) .

Ordered a few cat toys and some catnip. It took really long time to arrive. Still waiting for catnip and there were supposed to be refillable catnip pouches inside fishes- but it wasn’t there. I also emailed the company asking about my order and my email was ignored.

This company is definitely fishy. I do not recommend buying from them. Also fishes arrived in plastic bags, no branding or instructions included.

Their website is misleading. I thought I paid £25.50 for two fish but it was only for one if you specify e.g. tuna. The website said I could cancel within 24 hours, so I did immediately. They said product was shipped and no refund which was not true according to tracking. Then they said when I placed another order they would refund. Nothing made sense. They are a scam and ought to be shut down.

My cats loves the toy so much. They can't get over it, I'm literally looking for ways to get their attention nowadays.

I order the Flopping Fish toy and catnip pouch at the beginning of November. The toy arrived but not the catnip. I emailed them and at first received replies assuring me it would be here in a couple of days... then that they would look into it... and now nothing. No delivery, no refund, no response to email, no response on the website chat. Definitely avoid this company.

Ordered product 28 days ago and no delivery. No response on chat. Finally recieved product Floppy Fish as advertised but my cat doesn't play with it. Product is shipped from England.

I have received the toys but need to send them back as cat terrified. However they do not respond to webform or emails, and you have to get a return forms sent to you in order to return and refund.
I don't want to just send it back without communication as they may then keep toys and not refund. It says do not send anything back without Thier agreement first

Seems total scam. Avoid like the plague

UPDATE.
Since my last review, I've had an email from the company stating that THEY have cancelled my order as they don't deliver to my location.
There was no mention of this on the website.
Ever WORSE - they have retained 20% of my order value as ADMIN costs.
Have been told this is fraudulent and have reported them to the authorities.

I suggest you buy this item elsewhere as this company are definitiely dodgy, imo.

Have my suspicions that this is yet another scam.
Ordered a couple of cat toys as gifts, which came to just under £30.
Have had several spammy emails since, one thanking me for my order, one saying they're really busy and that I might have to wait 8 weeks for delivery, PLUS, just this afternoon, one saying I'm being refunded £22, but no explanation or anything.
Tried the webform - nothing happened.
Tried tracking my order - nothing.
Tried the chatbot which states you'll get an immediate response - gave up after waiting 10 mins.

Now this MIGHT be a genuine company that have been caught out by unexpectedly high orders, but I'm begining to smell a scam.
