A great service
A great service. Really helpful on the phone and able to give good advice then be flexible on how much I wanted to do the day based on the initial sanding (Extra staining and/or gap filling). The guys who came out were also great. Really pleased with the service and the finished product. Money well spent. Would definitely recommend.

Engineered wood floor installation
Great job installing my engineered wood floor. Fitters arrived promptly and were very communicative throughout the day, working with us on which boards to use where. Proactively raised issues with us for discussion and gave advice on reinstalling fitted units that had been removed while floor was fitted. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Thank you for restoring the wood of my home. The rooms look great and Goerge did a fantastic job. He was so informative and patient and knew his job so well. The wooden floors look beautiful as they must have looked a 100 years back. I am so glad I chose your company over many others. It was an online booking which went very smoothly. Very professional on the phone and the paperwork that followed was on point. The engineer his name was Kiro was excellent very neat. I asked him questions he stopped what he was doing to explain. Very pleased with company, Engineer and the finished work. A++++

Excellent - floor looks like new!
Rosie and Martin helped with the quote and fitted us in at very short notice. They are both friendly and helpful. Kiril sanded and re-finished our kitchen floor, which is made of vertical type bamboo. It was damaged in several places, now it looks like new. Kiril is friendly and gave us very helpful advice. I can't recommend him highly enough for his work. He really put in the hours to get the floor finished in one day. I would definitely call Floorworks again if I need another floor done.

George sanded and lacquered my floor, and it looks amazing. I was in a bit of a time crunch, but the process, from survey to finish, was quick and efficient. Good communication with frequent updates and a beautiful result.

Excellent experience from start to finish
I contacted Floorworks following a poor experience with another contractor. From the first phone call with their office, they were polite, knowledgeable and efficient in planning.
Their pricing is competitive and the engineer who carried out the works is a true professional with over a decade of experience. He was polite, clean and tidy and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. I'd used again and recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Really good service!
I recently had my carpet replaced with laminate. The service was really good, everything was fast and on time. The fields engineer were friendly and professional, Laurant made a great job and he worked really hard, finishing everything in less than two days.
Some minor inaccuracies for the invoices but everything was solved really quickly.
I strongly recommend FloorWorks!

My floor looks brand new again after…
My floor looks brand new again after Dimitri's work. The annoying scratces and the fade colour are in the past. And all for the fraction of the cost of a new floor. Very tidy and professional work from start to finish. Would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs their old floor renovated.
