The sales team was so helpful. They sent me in real life pictures of the flooring I wanted. This helped on massively on the selection process. Great communication from the team overall.

Floor Monster has good service
Floor Monster has good service, with helpful staff and prompt deliveries. Samples arrived quickly, and communication was clear. While I’ve had positive experiences ordering, there's room for improvement to make the process perfect. Overall, a decent company for flooring needs.

I think that their service was good but…
I think that their service was good but delivery took some time. Having said that I will still be ordering from them in the future.
Their chat person Jennifer always responded and updated on delivery with honesty.

Customer service was 1st class I spoke to Jennifer who was amazingly helpful & knowledgeable. She helped me with what I needed to order & arranged the delivery to suit my availability.
