Wonderful company to work with. From the moment we visited the Halesowen store we knew we were in good hands. Great advice given and full price breakdown. Accommodating time frame, no question to silly if you are a first time purchaser of flooring. They answered all our questions.

The fitting itself was amazing too! over a couple of days we had everything done - the guys that came were pleasant, polite, professional and once again so helpful! Would highly reccomend this company and we will always come back here for any future flooring needs!

Well unfortunately, our experience was somewhat negative, as the floor that was before christmas, by the Flooring Surgeons - wasn't fitted properly, with due care, as there were generally gaps between the wooden flooring in the bathroom.

The concern here, was If water had penetrated through the gaps there is potential the wood have warped and or the glue became ineffective thus the wood would have become lose. We was even blamed at one point for lifting the flooring up, post installation; but had to explain to the shop it was badly fitted, thus the retailer sent another fitter round to assess the install the assessment was for a refit.

as we didnt hear any thing back from the flooring surgeons, post assessment and we raised a concerns with the company, by email, which wasnt replied to.

But, someone from the team had contcted the original Fitter, as he had called us up one day to come and do the remediation works.

Which was rejected as we

a) Were out.
b) We wasn't informed what remediation works he was planning do; as it wasn't discussed with us before hand by the business. Poor customer service.
c) No confidence in the person to rectify the situation.

Given a subsequent email was sent, and not replied to, not helped by that it was around christmas - I called made a call to the local branch, as the person that we normally spoke to wasnt there, however the person we spoke to booked another fitter to come and sort the situation out - which on the following weekend he did.

Since then, There has been no follow-up to confirm if we are happy with the remediation works, that says it all really, they dont care about customer service provision and its profit first.

The fitter who did the remediation work went above and beyond which was a rare example of exceptional customer service at the business, a payrise for that man, and a dusty bin for everyone else.

No names have been mentioned for this review, but you know who you are, but do you care ? i think not, as its profit over customer service.

I do hope there isnt a warranty issue on the install and the flooring, over the coming months.

Top job - couldn't recommend enough.

Both the fitting of the product and the product itself was high quality and expectations were met.

Paolo visited to take precise measurements, and we were able to select the perfect flooring in their showroom. Leo handled the installation, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. He clearly takes pride in his work, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Endless patience while we decided on the flooring that we wanted and their onsite survey and subsequent fitting were done on time and exactly as planned. We cannot fault them in any way and would thoroughly recommend them.

Customer service at its best. Everything was flawless. From purchasing to levelling and the fitting. Floor was fitted by Leo, there was one small issue all resolved within 24 hours. These are the guys to use.

They supplied our engineered wood flooring and came out to measure up our home in Streetly, offering a competitive price and clear advice. The fitter, Armando, was absolutely superb — his workmanship is outstanding. He worked hard all day with real attention to detail, and left everything clean and tidy. Polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. We’re thrilled with the result and would highly recommend!

Wonderful service from start to end. They came out multiple times to check the levels of my floor before installation as they wanted to install a floor which lasted. Installation was super fast and managed to fit it in over a weekend to avoid other contractors. I will be contacting them in the future for other projects in my house.

Had carpet fitted on Tuesday . The team where excellent from the first quote to the carpet being layed I would definitely recommend the flooring surgeons to anyone who needs there floor doing !!!!

I honestly can’t praise Floor Surgeons in Penn, Wolverhampton enough! Paolo and Mani were amazing — super patient and helpful while I tried to choose between different flooring options (I must’ve changed my mind a dozen times!). No pushy sales talk, just honest advice.

The fitters, Harry and his team, were brilliant — really tidy, polite, and their work is spot-on. They fitted engineered wood flooring, LVT click and skirting boards, it all looks fantastic!!

Excellent service from the Flooring Surgeons from start to finish. Paolo from the Wolverhampton branch was extremely helpful, they provided a free measuring service and flooring samples were bought to our home so we could see how they looked in the room before we actually chose. We were then provided with a no obligation quotation and were under no pressure to purchase whatsoever, extremely glad we did though, our new flooring and skirting boards look amazing, would highly recommend this company.
