Avoid Flolab at all costs

Avoid Flolab at all costs. I purchased the NanoArmour ONETIME PRO and Camera Protector (Order #286284) for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and it is an overpriced gimmick.

First, the customer service is nonexistent. I tried to return my order immediately after receiving it (Request #178133), but they never responded to my emails. I decided to give the product a chance, but it failed instantly. The screen protector broke after a minor 2-foot drop—something even cheap protectors handle easily.

Don't believe the hype from YouTubers like MobileReviewsEh; his assessment is not accurate to the actual quality of this "garbage" glass. Save your money and buy a MagicJohn protector instead; it’s significantly better and more durable.

Review about there support

I really wanted a tempered glass AR screen protector because film scratches too easily. After my first bad experience with this product, I decided to give it another try and wanted to order. When I logged into my account, I noticed my review about the poor fingerprint performance wasn’t on the website. I contacted them again after 8 months to ask why, and they simply told me to send a picture or video of the screen protector so they could check it. I was shocked (did they really think I’d still have it on my phone after 8 months if the fingerprint didn’t work?) I sent them a video showing the fingerprint not working well from 8 months ago, but their excuse was that I didn’t press hard enough, and they asked for another video pressing firmly. I explained I no longer had the protector on my phone. I still wanted to test it again, maybe I just had bad luck twice, and I was willing to pay for it, but they kept insisting on a video. It was so frustrating. They didn’t offer any discount after ignoring my review for 8 months and not posting it on their site. Maybe I’m foolish to buy this screen protector again, but it’s my only option at the moment.

I hope this review will be on the website this time and if not its also on trustpilot.

Terrible

This is completely unacceptable! Both phone cases STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED! Only label created. I ordered these 2/24! Unbelievable. Good luck getting any real communication from this company.

Upon checking your order, we can confirm that one of the phone cases has already been delivered, while the second package is currently still in transit.

We normally ship orders from our U.S. warehouses in Ontario, California and New Jersey. However, when inventory is temporarily low, our system may automatically fulfill the order from our Asia Pacific warehouse. This does not happen often, but when it does, the transit time can be slightly longer.

First time ordering

I recently ordered from this company, and I must say, the ordering and shipping process was incredibly fast and easy. The products exceeded my expectations, especially since it was my first time ordering from them. The quality is impressive; even the camera lens protection feels like it’s made by Apple. After applying them, I couldn’t tell which was which. However, I did notice that the 17 Pro Max case tends to scratch a bit too easily. Despite this, the quality and feel of the case are at least on par with, if not better than, the Mous case I was using for my previous iPhone. Overall, a great experience!

Flowlab Tri-Fusion case not suitable for using with a lanyard.

Bought my Flowlab Tri-Fusion case for my iPhone 16 Pro almost a year ago and the transparent back plate is detaching from the flexible side wall which, has lost its flexibility and resilience. Its grip on the the iPhone has loosened rendering pretty much useless. I've used a lanyard looped the case's usb opening allowing me to carry the phone in my hand and let it dangle from my wrist from time to time. While the case may not have been designed to support the phone it does not explain why the transparent backing should detach from the 'side band' at the opposite end. Satisfied with the unit until it started deteriorating. Have not applied for warranty replacement as it won't alter performance. NOTE: 'date of experience' stated below is more or less when I first noticed the issue.

Extremely long standard Delivery >14days

I've been a FLOLAB customer for a
long time and used to receive my orders in about 3-5 days. This time, it took over 14 days. For the price these cost, waiting 2-3 weeks for a screen protector is unacceptable.
When you have a broken screen protector, you need a replacement immediately to protect your phone…you can't wait half a month. The website advertised 3-14 days, but they seem to lean into that maximum limit, which feels deceitful. Great product,
but the shipping logistics have become a major dealbreaker.

While our standard shipping estimate is typically 3–6 business days, depending on the destination and courier processing times, we understand how frustrating it can be when a replacement takes longer than expected—especially when your screen protector needs to be replaced quickly.

We have multiple warehouses one in Ontario, California one in New Jersey, California. However, if inventory is short, we will send it directly from our Asia Pacific warehouse.

We normally ship from our US warehouse, but it looks like inventory was low at the time, so your order was automatically fulfilled from our Asia Pacific warehouse instead. It doesn't happen often, but occasionally it can.

Your feedback regarding the delivery time is very important to us, and we will share it with our logistics team as we continue working to improve our shipping experience.

I attempted it redeem my lifetime warranty but have no way to submit because it won’t accept my Amazon order number. I have only one email thanking me for registration but nothing else regarding my warranty.

Customer Support Terrible

I got their phone case for the iphone 17, screen protector and camera protector. They use the cheapest delivery services possible so my camera protector got delivered to the wrong address, I had photo evidence that the driver went to the wrong place. I still don't have a resolution to this and it has been over 2 weeks since contacting their support. The phone case and screen protector is nothing special, could've got a case off of amazon for half the price.

Boss-level bubbles. Impossible to defeat.

The glass material seems superb. But it produces bubbles that are impossible to get out. I've just installed it on a brand new iPhone, removed the original screen paper and immediately put on the flolab installation kit. It was all dust-free as I wiped and blew it all of with pressurized air. Still there are bubbles which just won't go away.

Even with careful installation, small bubbles can sometimes appear if there is microscopic dust, slight alignment shifts, or trapped air during the application process.

Easy to install

Product was easy to install except for one small thing, pulling the tab. Instructions were clear.
Took a long time to get the product but it was not an issue for me.
The kit has everything you need to put on a highly rated screen protector.
