Well my initial order didn't arrive, contacted Floks via their online chat . I have to say was sceptical about using this , but they replied within minutes , apologized for the delay & the team resolved my issue quickly & efficiently . I am sleeping better with my new wool pillows & lovely quality they are . Sustainable & British made , always a plus for me. Packaged really well, great duffle type bag . Would recommend Floks ,thank you to the team for resolving my order issue , Many thanks.

As someone who is very allergic to wool and feathers, the search for good quality bedding that feels luxurious has always been a challenge for me. Until I found Floks. The duvet and pillows are wool filled but made in such a clever way that they are hypo-allergenic. Incredible. I have had some of my best and deepest nights sleep since purchasing my winter duvet and can highly recommend you try one! Floks customer service is also extremely personal and of a very high standard.

I was recommended to buy the Floks duvet by a friend and decided to get a medium pillow too. I love all things wool and I'm keen on sustainable, British-made products so this was an exciting, if pricey, purchase. I've now had them for almost 7 months and I'm sorry to say, I just don't get on with them like everyone else seems to. The duvet feels to me like a hollow fibre duvet that lies over the top of you, unlike a feather and down duvet that moulds cozily around your shape.

The pillow in particular is very disappointing. Every morning I pummel it in all directions and shake it around but over time, my head has flattened out the middle leaving the wool still plump around the edges. There's no way to redistribute the wool so I'm giving up on it. Perhaps the firmer version would be better in that once flattened in the middle, it might be the right depth under the head, I don't know.

I've edited this review and would say that Floks are very customer-friendly and have offered recompense. Their passion for this bedding is impressive but it's not the best material for a pillow, in my opinion.

Each night I hug my pillow with such affection it is like meeting an old friend whose seen you through so many ups and downs! The all-seasons duvet holds me in a sturdy embrace. I love the support, the bounce, the luxurious crinkle sound of the crisp cotton case. I picture the flock encircling me at night as they might shielding their lambs from the wolves in the darkness. Getting into bed each night is no longer a mundane thing we do, it's a full body sleep therapy experience.

In case you need any more convincing, the customer care is second to none. Sophie, the Floks head shepherd, is an absolute gem. She really cares about her products, her customers, and her community.

Having reviewed wool bedding for some time. I decided to visit Floks to see their products first hand. I visited their shop twice and was very impressed with the quality and the finish of the products. I spoke at length with both the staff on each occasion. They were extremely helpful. Polite and informative. I originally ordered the pillows and then contacted the owner to discuss the duvets. Sophie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I ended up ordering the all season duvet. I cannot believe the difference this has made to my sleep quality. I cannot recommend this company high enough. The staff and owner give outstanding customer service and the quality of the products is excellent. What a difference these products make. First class.
