Great customer service- answered all questions before I bought. Lovely product and presentation.

We recently invested in a new mattress as our previous one was overdue for changing. The criteria was that it had to be all natural, toxin and chemical FR free and UK made and Floks fitted the bill. We do already have their pillows and duvets which are amazing and of such great quality and so when we saw they had launched a mattress range it was a no brainer to trust Floks with this big purchase.
From ordering to delivery the service and advice has been professional and knowledgeable and you just get the feeling that they really care about what they are doing.
We have had the mattress and enhancer (Perfecly Floks mattress and Floksy Topsy enhancer) for a couple of weeks and can honestly say we have never slept better.
It is like sleeping on a cloud, supportive but so soft and comfortable you almost feel like you are floating.
Just wished we had taken the plunge sooner!

We recently gave our bedding a much-needed refresh with Floks and simply couldn't be happier! It’s quite literally like sleeping surrounded by clouds - both the pillow and duvet are incredible. 11/10.

One of the biggest surprises has been how well our young daughters are now sleeping. Regulating their temperature at night has always been tricky, but since switching to Floks, they’ve been sleeping soundly and so comfortably — quite literally a dream come true. In fact, we’ve been so impressed that we’ve decided to invest in a Floks mattress to complete our cloud-like sleep experience!!

I haven't put this new quilt on just yet - its a tad too chilly - but because I already have a fabulous Floks winter quilt and knowing how soooo toasty it is while still not making me overly hot but keeping hubby warm and comfy (...it's still a menopausal thing for me🤒🫠), I wanted to make sure I was ready for when warmer nights came so I could quickly swap over and keep the comfort. I know I've said this before when I reviewed my winter quilt, but let's be honest, they're not the cheapest on the market, BUT in my humble opinion they're the absolute best and now I've found them, I wouldn't dream of buying any other type of quilt ...so long live Floks! To be honest you have to experience them to fully understand and appreciate how effective they are. I've long since got to the point where I spend more on less, and Floks quilts are long term keepers, which you can't say for polyester fillings and the like. I just fluff mine up and hang it over the stair rail to air out but can't wait to just throw it over the washing line in the summer sun and let it rejuvenate itself. 😍

Quick delivery and very well packaged. I like that it’s a U.K. product with so many cheap and inferior imports around.
Product seems great too although early days. And no weird smell as I have heard about other brands.

Clear website, easy to navigate, good information about the products. Highly efficient, order placed Friday, delivered Tuesday before noon. Really pleased with my purchase of a pillow, bought because I was fed up of waking with an aching neck - so far so good, problem solved. Would recommend.

Love my wool pillow on first sleep ,it’s plump ,soft and so comfy .

We love the sustainability and eco-friendly approach of Floks. The fabric bags are now being used for storage and our kids are still playing with the big boxes our items were delivered in 😆. Would recommend to everyone 😊.

The best bedding ever! Have used the mattress topper now for a month and wow, all I can say! Just ordered another for my spare room and also an all seasons duvet. Cannot wait

Great product, great people and above all a sense of humour! Wonderful service, both from a product viewfront and customer service, the Floks duvet is a marvel, not too hot, not to cold - heat regulation is the secret, non-secret reason for it's success

Ordered and received my second Floks duvet, which should tell you all you need to know. They are costly but I was so pleased with the one I bought last year, there was no question of going for a cheaper option.

We ordered a king winter duvet over the Christmas period. It arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, wrong size was dispatched. However, upon our email, Floks apologised, organised for Royal Mail to pick it up immediately at a day and time convenient to us. Floks then dispatched the correct size straight away. We cannot fault the service. We are very happy with the quality and reassured as to the provenance of the wool and as to where the duvet is made.

The initial enquiries were promptly explained.
Once the order was made the delivery dates had to change -all this was done in timely fashion.
As for sleep-the pillows are quite unlike anything I have previously experienced. aside from the sustainable credentials that are so important. The quality of sleep has undoubtedly improved -the pillow support is unique- giving yet supporting and breathable.
especially good for those who have allergies.

Fast shipping, lovely packaging with the zippered bags and duffel bags. Love the pillows and comforters!! Heading back to get the mattress toppers now.

Flawless service from point of order to the best nights sleep ever. We got help over the phone with what we wanted and then super easy to purchase on line. We waited about 4 weeks for our mattress, which was quicker than we’d first thought. The delivery guys were really helpful and took the mattress to our bedroom. They took the old mattress away for recycling, (I think that cost £30?). The mattress itself is AMAZING. I don’t think I’ve ever slept this well, I can’t believe we procrastinated for so long and didn’t buy one sooner. It’s so comfortable and supportive. Well done Floks.
