Wow what a great fluke find - Floks!
I came across Floks store by chance whilst visiting a nearby farm shop.
They sell premium ecological sustainable bedding, beds and other natural products to enhance a good nights sleep. The staff were welcoming, passionate and knowledgeable about the traceable transparent products from the welfare of the sheep 🐑 to the final products in the store.
I ended up purchasing a wool duvet and organic cotton /hemp bedding - I was not disappointed! It feels so luxurious and I even got a 90 (excellent) sleep score in my Fitbit!
I’m even looking forward to the winter to snuggle under my new warm British Wool made duvet. I Highly recommend Floks a small business that really cares!

I’m not a reviewer, nor a fan of reviews in this age of fakes, but…
Wish I lived nearer the Floks shop location, wish I could afford one of their mattresses! Still, I do have two Floks duvets and now a mattress topper, all superb products and thanks for a great service.

This is the second time I’ve brought from folks and it was as great as the first…. I bought bedding this time, so so soft… love it and the company ethos…
Will be saving up to by the duvet!

Spent a fortune on 3 pillows and 2 sets of pillow cases. The medium pillows are flat and the soft pillow might as well have been empty. Extremely dissapointed!

Floks packaging was carefully wrapped and the wool pillow comes in a lovely cotton bag. Very Eco friendly and Natural. After a nights sleep, as a side sleeper I found the medium a little too low. However, Floks customer service was incredible, thoughtful and immediately delivered extra wool to achieve the height I needed. I have the most comfortable nights sleeping. I am recovering from an operation so spending the day in bed and having a good sleep is priority. Previously I used a feather pillow, which I loved but I ended using 2 pillows instead of one. I’ve definitely moved to a wool filled pillow, there’s no smell, no pieces poking through the pillow into my face, no over heating during the night and a good improvement to neck pains, which is a miracle. At times, I’m a restless sleeper, turning from one side to another. The firmness of the wool pillow remained consistent throughout the night regardless of which side I slept on. There was no need to ‘puff’ it into shape during the night. Tip: Air the pillow on a sunny day. To me, with it all combined, that’s a perfect nights sleep. Thank you Floks, Sophie and Jodi

Unfortunately the summer duvet wasn't for me. I (a male) still felt too hot on a summer night in my Sussex home; perhaps it's better for those that feel the cold more or draughtier houses in the north.
Floks processed the return efficiently with no questions asked as promised.

Purchased a mattress from Floks recently after getting some advice from their North Yorkshire Team, the quality was impressive and the purchase was exactly as expected. Customer service was very good, delivery team helpful and kind - I honestly could not fault anything!

The quality of the products from Floks are first class. They are pricey but honestly worth every penny. I’ve had wool duvets for years but this is the first one from Floks . I’ve ordered pillows now and will order bedding.My order was delivered quickly and beautifully presented. Let’s fly the flag for British products.

Expensive but well worth it. Super-comfortable mattress topper.

I ordered the Luxury Quilted Pillow (soft). Delivery was very fast in a strong recyclable bag. I’ve struggled to get a comfortable pillow for ages - this is superb, even from the first night and I haven’t over-heated sleeping on it either. I’m mainly a side sleeper (and a fidget) and so far this pillow has been brilliant.

What a treat to myself. A great nights sleep.

Ordered at a County show and the order arrived the next day.

The pillow is extremely comfortable.

Received in good time.
Would have preferred pillowcase to be smaller as regular is still very big on my back sleeping pillow.
