Floks were so helpful and the whole process was very efficient. This is the first time that we have had a wool duvet and at first it seemed a little odd but after the fourth night we had adjusted to the different feeling and we really like it. It is cosy and warm but not hot, which is what I was hoping for. I would recommend trying one. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The mattress topper feels very luxurious, superb quality and great night's sleep. Plus no longer a gap between the two single mattresses in our double bed. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful products, fantastic quality, would highly recommend.
I USED to suffer with terrible night sweats. They haven’t gone completely but these products make going to bed an absolute joy!

Suits both me and my husband
We needed a mattress to suit both my husband (quite heavy and sleeps on his back and has a bad back) and me (quite light and sleep on my side) for ages. A good mattress is an investment and I didn't want to get it wrong. I also wanted to have a natural fabric as it is so beneficial to temperature control. I was DELIGHTED when I found floks - it was amazing to be able to try the mattress in store - it gave me so much more confidence in what I was buying. We are so pleased with our purchase - we have firm on one side and medium on the other and it suits us very well. It goes with our floks pillows - I want the duvet next!

This is the best duvet I have ever slept under. My last duvet was always either too hot or too cold and I would wake up frequently to adjust, but this duvet is always just right 😀.

Amazing duvet - love it!
I ordered a superking winter duvet from Floks about 3 months ago. What a great decision that turned out to be. Never had a wool duvet before - it’s lighter and flatter than I thought it’d be but is so comfy. Super warm when the weather’s cold but not over-warm on hot nights. Always just right.
These are expensive duvets but the investment is so worth it. Really, really recommend.
