I purchased an ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 OLED laptop from Flipkart (Order ID: OD436964918276450100) on 06 March 2026, which was clearly listed and sold as a brand-new product.

However, after receiving the laptop and verifying system and manufacturer details, it became evident that the device is a refurbished/previously used unit.

Key findings:

• ASUS has confirmed that the device is a renewed/refurbished product (Service Request No: A2603020794-0003)
• SSD already shows approximately 50 hours of prior usage
• System first-use date is April 2025, which is before my purchase
• Manufacturer warranty had already expired before the product was delivered

Flipkart has also verified with ASUS that the product is renewed. Despite this, the only resolution being offered is either:

• Return with refund (not viable due to EMI-related financial loss and loss of deal pricing), OR
• 10% compensation, which does not reflect the actual value difference between a new and refurbished product

Replacement is also not being offered due to lack of inventory.

This is a clear case of product misrepresentation and unfair trade practice, where a refurbished product has been sold as new.

I have also registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No: 8879848) and raised this issue publicly, but I am still awaiting a fair resolution.

This experience raises serious concerns about product authenticity and seller practices on the platform.

I hope Flipkart takes this seriously and provides a fair resolution.

Actually The fan js good but hated the service by flipkart.. I have Ordered 2 same fans and executive calls himself and asks for otp and if i asked him its cancellation OTP he said it will cancelled for today and will delivery you tomorrow it wont sent back and delivers only 1 fan. And now fan cost increased by 500 more,Worst delivery and Costumer Support…

Do not buy electronics from flipkart especially open box delivery that is like a scam. If you accepted that open box delivery after that with in one day if you face any technical problem you can not return that item with their open box delivery.
My money wasted but you can save yours.

Horrible Experience! Flipkart is Fooling Customers!

I ordered a Prestige Pressure Cooker, and to my shock, it arrived with a missing handle! After countless calls and requests, instead of sending the missing accessory or replacing the product, Flipkart shamelessly offered me just Rs. 150, which is a joke! The same accessory is being sold on Flipkart itself for Rs. 650!

This is outright fraud and a clear example of how Flipkart is scamming its loyal customers. Pathetic after-sales service—once they take your money, they don’t care about your complaints. I vow never to purchase from Flipkart again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away! If you ever have an issue, don’t expect any resolution—only false promises and cheap compensation offers!

They are now not returning in the product think 100 times if your product is not compatible dont buy.

Uninstall flipkart

Buy from Amazon they don't have such painful Experience for return.

Ordered air fryer for myself and I am an 80 plus gentleman, I was not only given dates after dates for reschedule for delivery, there was no rhyme and reason given for delay.

They ultimately suggest, cancel the order and order a new one for faster turnaround in delivery.
Who in their right mind does that ?
Once bitten twice shy.

I have made the biggest mistake of my life by ordering water purifier from Flipkart. They sent me 6 years old model and after requesting for the replacement, they rejected my request for the replacement me refund. They have non sense exchange process just to make customers fool and in the end customer will get nothing after waiting for many days. Worst customer support. They are frauds and thugs.
I suggest go for Amazon blindly. A worldwide trusted brand and indeed the best one.

Flipkart is worst, no customer support and product also damaged or worst I no more buy Flipkart.

Please don't trust flipkart. Because I have ordered one kids three Wheeler since the 18th January 2024. it's showing in the application that item is out for delivery. But whenever I call the delivery person not responding to the call. Even though I have raised the complaint to the customer support they promised me that it will deliver the item before the 19th 9pm. But there are no updates.. Going forward I'm not going to order through flipkart. (Even flipkart they are deleting my comments)

They are incapable of providing deliveries on time and despite of contacting customer care several times they just keep asking to wait.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLATFORM.
The customer care has no contact with ekart.
Companies with such poor services should be banned.

Fraudsters cheaters thieves or what can say ?

Currently i am facing a very bad experience with flipkart delivery agent (Ekart specially) the delivery person took all my prepaid parcels and marked them delivered without delivering to me . Also i raised complaint about this issue but nothing will happen . I also make a full video conversation between a delivery agent and me and he claimed that he still have my parcel and marked it delivered 2 days ago . This is a complete shame . Flipkart is very disrespectful when called to an agent they cut the call in between the conversation and i am fed with this. I am facing issues from the previous month due to change in the flipkart office from Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh-471501 to Lavkushnagar - 471515 Madhya Pradesh, district Chhatarpur.

Recently bought a headphone boat 131 and the quality is very bad. Distorted sound and when trying to return the only option is replacement. Tried to contact customer service even they cannot help. I just wanted to return the product for refund but that is not honoured. Very bad service they could not even process store credit.

Fraud with us aa seller in shipping costs charging 600 Rs Shipping for product weighing just less than 1 Kgs never do sell on flipkart .

Fraudkart selling all defective products online and then not returning back
