I am a captain with a major airline and have been flying personally and professionally for over 44 years. I am very particular when it comes to my vision, for obvious reasons.
When it came time to replace my prescription sunglasses, I went to Flight Sunglasses. They do an amazing job with their customer service and the quality of the products they deliver. When my doctor's prescription was off, they remade the glasses at no cost. When the Serengeti factory had a supply issue, they stepped in and had the factory address it so that I would not have to be without glasses while waiting. This is just how they do business. They truly care about their customers.
I highly recommend Flight Sunglasses, especially to those who demand precision in their glasses.

Called for info on a pair I liked on their website. They actually picked up the phone like a business that takes care of people, not sending them to India to talk with someone you can't understand. 👍 I got the info I needed and ordered. They showed up right when they said it would. And these Serengeti's fit like a glove and I love the style. As a private pilot, I can tell you I've had a hard time finding non-polarized glasses that I like the styling of. They are wonderful. Work great on my motorcycle as well. Very nice and helpful people here. Highly recommend!!

I've placed two orders with them and both times they have been extremely helpful and friendly. They ship almost immediately and respond to questions generally within an hour. I can recommend them without reservations.

It's really fantastic with my Randolph Engineering 50th anniversary Special Edition.
I couldn't find this sunglasses anywhere (even Randolph's website). However, finally I found it on flightsunglasses.com.
Steve was really friendly and help me to have this soon.

Steve was very helpful. He answered the phone (who does that anymore?!) and helped me get exactly what I wanted and for a better price than my local optometrist office. I recommend these folks for prescription sunglasses.

Arby and his team is top notch. I’ve ordered 7 pairs of sunglasses over the past few years.

In a serious bout of nostalgia, I wanted to get a pair of Serengeti Sunglasses, which I last owned 30+ years ago. I was directed to Flightsunglasses.com from the Serengeti website as I needed prescription lenses now.

I was apprehensive about ordering lenses and frames remotely, but the staff, and the owner, Steve, took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I was especially impressed with the way they employed Facetime to finalize some measurements to be sure the lenses were made properly.

The glasses arrived ahead of schedule, fit wonderfully, and I am very grateful and satisfied.

Quick TIP: Be sure to get an accurate Pupillary Distance for left and right eyes when ordering. You can get these numbers from your local optician from your last Rx, or most stores will do this for you for free. If you measure yourself, you may (and I did) get a wrong number. I was off by 7mm measuring myself which is significant.

When my eye doctor told me I should try some corrective lenses to help me see better driving driving I thought, "Oh no. What am I going to do about sunglasses?" My normal driving sunglasses were some Serengeti's that I bought from Flight Sunglasses on Amazon several years ago---the frame no longer available---and I remembered they had a card in with them regarding prescription lens availability. So I looked them up again, and sure enough, they were still around and can do prescription lenses.

Because I feared a turnaround of my old sunglasses wouldn't reach me in time for my upcoming trip, and because I also now needed some sunglasses that would be suitable for cycling, I ordered a new pair with their considerable help in choosing the right frame for my face. Those worked so well I decided to have the lenses in my original Serengeti's replaced too! I just got those back yesterday, and they are of course awesome (the clarity is wonderful).

The whole process was made easy by the folks there, and the quality of the frames and lenses are superb.
When my prescription changes again, I will definitely be contacting them once more to handle the lens replacement.

It’s always difficult to be buying something from afar or in a different country especially when it comes to sunglasses. Steve, Trish and team have gone that extra mile to help me with choosing mine. I bought my glasses on a Wednesday evening London utc +1 time and they arrived Friday Lunchtime UPS. Thankyou guys for your help and patience to get that perfect pair and fit for me. Excellent service. Thank you. Nigel Rosendale.

A very happy customer! Flightsunglasses.com is a company that is truly committed to providing high quality products and complete customer satisfaction.

I was a little hesitant to purchase my progressive lenses online but it is obvious they know what they are doing. My communications/concerns were readily answered and everyone was more than helpful and pleasant to speak with.

Steve was able to take my SH (segment height) measurement via FaceTime in between flight times:) It was quick and easy and it was also fun to chat with him. I knew I was in good hands.

My sunglasses arrived in normal time and everything is just how I wanted. The packaging was perfect and there was even a little extra gift inside. Future sunglasses will be purchased from here for sure.

Purchasing from them was a very positive experience.

The folks at Flight Sunglasses were personable, accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. They carry premium products at a good price and deliver prompt service. What else could you possibly ask for?

The entire team embraced my need for new lens with existing USAF military eye frames. They got the first pair right on the money within 10 days and now working on the remaining three pairs to be done. Staff constantly communicates on shipment status and with a smile in the comms!

Fantastic glasses and customer support. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Communication, willingness to accept a difficult order, timely completion, and the quality control all excellent. The absolute best glasses I have ever received. I will only deal with Flight Sunglasses from now on.

I received a couple of phone calls re my order with any questions/issues that needed to be sorted out. Once the time difference was sorted, I still don’t know what time Steve was calling though I greatly appreciated it, we chatted and got things resolved.
I can’t recommend Steve and his company enough, the correct lenses even turned up early 🤗.
Thank you again Steve, I greatly appreciate the extra mile you went to for my order :)
Australia has so much to learn…

For many years, I have been ordering my prescription sunglasses from Flight Sunglasses. Their customer service, delivery and quality of product has been excellent. I have purchased Serengeti and Randolph Rx sunglasses in single vision and progressive. In every order I have received a quality products, delivered as expected and good service.

When seeking high quality prescription lenses for work, I came to Flightsunglasses.com.

The website was packed with all the information I needed to make product selections, receive a loaner pair of frames to verify proper fit and measurements, and to submit my order. I was delighted at the timeliness with which my order was filled. Communication was great throughout the process.

I will be back in the years ahead as my prescription changes and I need lens replacements. I'll be sharing this experience with my peers, should the topic of top quality sunglasses be discussed.

HIGH END DEALER WHO ABSOLVES THEMSELF OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS

I spoke with an associate about the importance of sunglass lens color to me, I placed an order, the lenses received were not as advertised =misrepresented, I asked for a refund, I was told to contact Randolph and figure it out

Mine may not be a common experience based on reviews here but when they drop the ball, zero ownership is ultimately taken unless you are willing to wait at least 2 more weeks for a redo. For a high end customer service sunglass middle man, they should be embarrassed. They only send the sunglasses out which means that their only two jobs are to make sure the product is correct and give excellent customer service.

Fantastic company with amazing genuine products, competitive prices, great packing, and fast shipping -- the lense cleaner and keychain screwdriver was a nice touch -- highly recommended!!!

Just a wonderful experience by a team who really understands excellent customer service. Great selection from the best sunglasses on the market. They were able to accommodate my overnight shipping request without issue.
I plan to order more from them and will refer friends and colleagues.
