Jenny wa the best in communicating and making the process smooth
Jenny was very helpful and patient, she asked us what days we would like to fly, we gave her the dates and she said she would call us back with some choices. She called us back within the hour and had several choices for us. She walked us through the whole process. We informed her we did not know what we are doing and was nervous that this was the 1st time we ever booked a flight. She reassured us (my wife and I) that everything will be fine, I will help you with everything, you and your wife just relax. She sure did help us in every way possible. We are very excited and can't wait to begin our trip. We want to personally thank Jenny for her absolute professionalism and patience. Thanks Jenny from all of us for all your HELP?!!

Albert White was patient and sweet
Albert White was patient and sweet. He even giggled slightly when I got frustrated ;) He walked me through several issues as he re-made my reservations. He added my TSA number so I don't have to call United and wait forever on the phone to get it recorded on my ticket. It's all done now! I'm happy with the patience and gladness with which Albert handled my tickets

Jenny Smith was helpful in a process that shouldn’t be as hard as it was. What a twisted way of obtaining airline tickets. Bizarre. And we were charged an extra $165 dollars AFTER we purchased our tickets. For what? We have no idea!!

Dear Guest,
Thanks for sharing your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We Sincerely apologize that we did not exceed the standards and didn't meet your expectations as sometimes the situation gets beyond our reach because of the sudden changes in the prices and policies governed by the airlines. I understand that this sounds very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under the disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. However it goes without saying that you would prefer your customer to discuss issues with you in person, but even an overly emotional online review might contain a bit of insight. Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team. We hope you will visit us again soon and we would like to offer you a $50 voucher each passenger towards your next booking with Flights Nest as a token of apology for the troubles that We've caused , Kindly email us at support@flightsnest.com to have your voucher code for the next trip and we would be very happy to serve you again !! Thanks Team Flightsnest

Flightsnest is the real deal!
Our family vacation would not be possible if not for Jenny Smith of Flightsnest. Booking a flight in popular destinations could be quite stressful but Jenny never gave up looking for the best deal, the best time and dates when I almost felt like giving up. She was very honest in explaining how prices are affected and why changes happen sometimes. She earned my trust and would highly recommend to all my friends to book with her and Flightsnest.

Dominic was most helpful
Dominic was most helpful, especially with flight changes that had to be made at the last minute. He was always patient and knowledgeable and helped us find the best flights to meet our needs. He called us when one of our flights was cancelled 2 days in advance and helped us find an alternative before a holiday when most planes were full!
