Martin went above and beyond for me rectifying my mistake and got me a better flight with all my needs met great guy and cheap flight 😀

Malcom was very calm even though i wasn't happy about how his company add extras on to a ticket, and it not clear when you buy the tickets online. He was very thorough, with clear communication, patient, he listened, and fantastic customer services!

Everything was simple due to the help I got from Abraham. He is someone who knows his job and how to deal with customers as I had said earlier on .

Yes it was a great experience.

Ended up not getting the flights we originally tried booking as advertised so paid a lot more. They were helpful in getting tickets arranged.

Customer support is excellent and had no problems with personal I was talking. He was very kind and supportive. However, on the company side, I would like to your systems such that when a customers reservations are beyond the stipulated timeline, the system should be able to update the new prices automatically without any inconvenience and spending extra unplanned costs to the customer.Thank you

Ah. Where to start. I'd go back and do another search for the accurate reviews to start with here - flighttoworld - these are the reviews you should be looking at first.

You'll get the true picture there. A proper scam company. They gave me a great price, and then 48 hours later let me know the ticket wasn't available, and would need to pay a LOT more for the flight.

Despite assurances from Martin that they will get me a flight at a similar price for the same dates, they were unable to, as had originally been suggested. And despite offers of compensation to help pay towards a different, far more expensive flight outside of flightoworld, they are now not agreeing to it. Been fighting for months. Getting nowhere. By the time they'd offered me something that was potentially suitable, it had gone up by £300.

Just be warned. Do your research properly.

Changed the price after booking completed, very annoying.

Fortunately their excellent helpdesk guy, Brock, was able to sort out an alternative for not too much more money.
