I cannot get to a person
I cannot get to a person. I was told that I would get the cheapest airfare through Flight Hub and now the fare is $130 less per ticket. They keep putting me on hold and last Sunday I waited 3 1/2 hours and finally hung up. The next day I tried again to no avail. It is not like I plan on getting the money back but a future credit or maybe using it towards seats, something.

Terrible service; agents were very rude
I booked a flight from them in February 2020 and when Covid hit and flights were cancelled, they gave me a travel credit for future flights. In August 2020, I tried to use the credit to book a flight. They refused to book me. Luckily, Westjet booked me on a flight even though my original flight was not booked through them. Since then, I never booked with Flight Hub again.

After on hold for 2 and half hrs there's a guy assisted me regarding my refund follow.up. I told him if I can used my travel credit and he said yes! But it ended up error air Canada refused my request. So he told me that I should stick to get my refund which is 18 weeks! Then fine, if there's nothing to do with it so I'll have to wait. a day after when I checked my refund status it says "no results" my question is WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REFUND? WHY I CANNOT TRACK IT ANYMORE? I FEEL I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCED FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It seems that the guy spoke to was not sure what his doing and messed up my refund. Flighthub is absolutely terrible. I booked flights to Los Cabos Mexico in March of 2021 to travel in February 2022. My son and his family booked through Air Canada direct. His flights were cancelled, I assumed it was because flight was overbooked as I had not received any notice. On Nov. 19 I called Air Canada, they informed me flights were cancelled on May 13 and Flighthub should have advised me. I have been trying to get my flights rebooked for the past 3 weeks - pushed from Friday to Saturday - there are seats available through Air Canada but at alot more $ and I cannot get a refund from Tripadvisor. They told me they were awaiting approval from Air Canada so I called Air Canada to try and push and they said there is no approval required from them!! Absolutely unacceptable, booking numbers are 191-909-173 and 191-713-042.
Customer’s worst nightmare!
This service is a scam. What a terrible decision I made when I decided to book my tickets with them. I am going through a customer service nightmare at the moment because of FlightHub. 2 weeks ago bought tickets for Turkish airline via. FlightHub and the next day received an email from the airline (NOT FlightHub) that the flight from Istanbul to Karachi is cancelled. I called the airline and they said that we are eligible for a flight on a different day since the change happened from the airline’s side but only the ticketing agent (FlightHub) can make that change. Now it has been more than almost two weeks and these guys have not provided me another ticket. Every agent has a different story. Every agent gives false hopes that I’ll be receiving an email shortly, we are talking to the airline, the alternate flight is not available blah blah. Everyday I speak to a new person in a different country. These guys are all over the place. There is no single point of contact and hence no accountability. The agents would not stop saying sorry and sometimes feels like reading from a script. Everyone gives a different timeline from a few hours to a week. Most of them say that they are flagging it as an urgent request and they say that every time you call them even with in an hour of contacting. I can see the flights are there when I search on their website but they don’t have one for me. I am travelling with my 4 months old and everything I planned was based on his vaccine dates. Sometimes I feel like this company is a scam. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I booked flights in Feb 2020 for my family to fly in June 2020.
The flights were cancelled due to Covid 19 and they promised a refund of the price I paid.
After waiting almost a year Flighthub refunded money only for the tickets subtracting the fee for their "service", but they forgot to reimburse money for the seats I ordered. I am still calling them every week, and Flighthub agents telling me a different stories every time.
On one instance the agent was very rude to me and refused to connect my call with supervisor.
The bottom line - I am trying to get my money back for the last 20 months for the flight that was cancelled.
Please, never used any service of this horrible company!!!

Used to be great now they don't tell what ticket you purchased. Economy is not economy anymore some tickets don't include luggage but you are not told. I am really not happy with their service now and would not use them ever again.
Had to deal with multiple unprofessional attendants
Tried to rebook a flight. Ended up in an endless loop where I received notices to call Flighthub, then the staff directed me to make the flight changes online, then more emails asking me to call the airline, etc., etc.. Staff acted unprofessionally "hum, something like that", "just you stay on the line" and was incompetent (on two occasions they assured me that they had made changes as I had requested, when in fact it turned out that they had made no changes whatsoever.

I bought a ticket with them from Toronto to Turkey .I paid my ticket after a very long search and everything was confirmed. After a week getting am email from flight hub saying they are changing my flight and re routing me to another destination .while that original flight its still there wide open.so I called them talked to someone named Amber unfortunately she has no help at all.She is telling to call Lufthansa for answers. When I called Lufthansa they me told me to call the people i booked ticket with and thats Flight hub.So unfortunately this will be my last time booking flights with flight hub once they get your funds and you have confirmed ticket they can change it whatever they like it .So u lost a customer and will never book flight with flight hub anymore. Liars and scammers as soon they get your cash you have no say again

Lie and say they will transfer booking back to Airline to allow a travel voucher that I can use direct with Air Canada to book a flight it was supposed to take 6 weeks, it’s been 4 months.
Social media are no help, call centre unreachable, they must always phone you.

Never buy at flighthub. This is not a company run by a human being for sure some monster must be running to be that brutal to customers. I had booked my mom's ticket last year in January for May and airline cancelled it. Flighthub charged me 75$ for giving travel credit and now, when I want a refund they said it will be 590$ - we are in a lockdown and they want me to rebook as my travel credit will expire and they cannot extend it?? Which policy is that?

I wouldn’t use this company at all. Air Canada cancelled our flight because of pandemic. However, flighthub charged me 50$ for admin fee or whatever. I’m not the one who cancelled it but they penalized me for what the airline does. My suggestion would be buy from airline directly or use Expedia.

I took 2 tickets back in February 2018 (Canada > Spain & return | Canada > France & return).
The flight didn't happen because of Covid (No authorization to travel emitted from Canada) and FlightHub sent me a refund page - It was a scammy way to make me approve a ''Travel Credit''. I asked for a refund and ended up with a Travel Credit.
I called numerous times FlightHub first to complain, then to try to use this travel credit as I have to book others flights. From their website, I can't find a single travel available with the Credit, but I can find flight corresponding on their platform (Same destination, same carrier). Siuation is the same for both tickets (No flight available) - I tried manually a range of 6 months !!
I called FlightHub with details of a flight working with these conditions, available on their plateform, asking to use the travel credit on these specifics flights.
They told me it should not be an issue, but instead of doing just this, they sent me a quotation. I have to pay for it before even displaying it - No service or anything, just front end extorsion. The fees are ''Cancellation Fees'' when there's nothing to cancel, they already withdraw money from my account when they converted the flight to travel credit.
It's never huge amount, but they withdraw the following from my credit card for no service :
- Cancellation Protection - 19.99 x2
- Cancellation Fee - 35x2
- Cancellation Fee (on the quotation) - 25x2
It's extortion, pur and simple, during Covid, to a regular customer - This is really shocking. I'm thinking about legal actions.
Massive Service Failure
I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH FLIGHTHUB CANADA AGAIN. In March, prior to the pandemic I had booked a trip to French Polynesia for the end of September. My flight was connecting through the US. As the date approached and the Canadian government kept extending the border closure with the US I was waiting to hear from FlightHub that my flights were cancelled. It never happened. I had to contact them days prior to departure. I knew the flights were cancelled because my husband had received notification from a different online provider we used for his flight. We were on the same flights through United Airlines. He also received his refund within 2 weeks of the cancellation. FlightHub did not make it easy to contact them to make arrangements for a refund and when I did finally get assistance they tried to get me to take a flight credit which I understand to be United's preference but I also knew they were issuing refunds. I was told United had up to 18 weeks to issue the refund so I tried to patiently wait. After not hearing anything after 6 weeks I reached out again and explained how my husband got his refund within 2 weeks. They gave me some story that the airline refunds in the order they receive the bookings. BS because my flight was booked months before my husband's. I decided to reach out to United directly in December to see if perhaps they had refunded Flighthub and Flighthub wasn't refunding me. To my shock and surprise United then told me they would issue me a full refund within 6-14 business days. I waited to receive the refund first before posting this review. I was out of pocket almost $2k since March and am unemployed so this was a big deal to me. I understand that the travel business is really hurting right now so I tried to be understanding. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and integrity from this company. I am a repeat customer but they will never receive my business when we can travel again.
