Captains Pack was charged without asking.
The consultant was helpful to find flight options for me.
But upon booking, I received an incorrect itinerary.
Furthermore, I was automatically charged the Captains Pack without being asked. That's very annoying.

To provide a little more insight, when booking in-store, customers do have the option to take advantage of our fantastic value offering in the Captains Pack, but this is optional. We are sorry if this was not communicated to you correctly. We will be sure to channel this feedback as appropriate and thank you for your review.
2026 ALL SORTED
Sarah Price was superb, no issue was too great, gave her the requirements (for 2026), two days later all sorted to my complete satisfaction (three leg flight to, accommodation, three leg flight back). Sarah even provided assistance (documentation requirements') for a part of the holiday not booked through Flight Centre. Finally, her follow-up assistance, also of a very high level. Thanks heaps
